SPOT ON. PERIOD. Great initial consultation, great office support, and extraordinary installation. GDG has serviced my garage door for years. The time had come for an upgrade/replacement and I could not be happier. A big shout out the office support who tolerated my constant calls: Thanks Jennifer and Stephanie! And a great big thanks to the installers who I wish were my new best friends, Henry and Paul. The whole team knocked it out of the park. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

John and his team came for a garage tune-up, and they were very kind and professional. Their friendly approach really encouraged me to leave this review. John gave me a detailed explanation of the work that was done and also provided a few helpful recommendations for maintenance. I truly appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommended!

Today, one of the springs on my garage door broke. It sounded like a shotgun. I immediately started calling garage door companies for estimates. One company advised me that they would send someone out to provide me with an estimate. They advised me that a person would be arriving at my residence between 2 - 4 pm. I waited at the house and no one arrived. I contacted the company again, and they advised someone would be out within an hour. Again, I waited, and again no one showed-up. At this time, I decided to contact Duke's Garage Door. The lady who answered the phone advised that there employee Brakki Brazzle (BB), would be headed my way shortly. Within 30 minutes, BB arrived at my house. He introduced himself, inspected the garage door, and advised my wife and I of his recommendation as to what needed to be replaced on the garage door. Within a few minutes, BB was able to provide us with several repair options as well as estimates. My wife and I were pleased with the price, as we found it to be fare and reasonable. Upon signing the agreement, BB immediately began the repairs. BB explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. BB was extremely knowledgeable, professional, neat, and personable. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his work. We would highly recommend Duke's Garage Door Company for your garage door repairs or replacement needs. I know my wife and I will be calling Duke's Garage Door Company in the future to replace our garage door. I hope this helps anyone who is undecided on choosing a garage door company. John H did an outstanding job from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure everyone understood each step of the process. He was extremely patient with my mom and our neighbor, taking the time to answer all questions without ever rushing or making anyone feel uncomfortable. My Garage door spring broke as I was leaving stranding a car outside and another inside. I have a home warranty but their service provider couldn’t get me scheduled until the following week. I called Duke’s Garage Doors (DGD) at 6pm using only the Google and Yelp reviews. Raymond (Ray) came out at 7:30pm to provide a free estimate and provided estimates/options for 1) replacing the existing single spring, 2) upgrading to a double spring, or 3) upgrading to a hurricane package (double springs, 4 horizontal braces, and new rollers. Ray provided written estimated (via email) for all 3 options. Ray was willing to perform any of the 3 options that night. We asked for time to consider the options and Ray said sure and said just to contact the main number when we were ready. All I can say is we went with the hurricane package. The next day Ray showed up and completed the install. I cannot express enough the quick response, expertise, professionalism, and friendliness that Ray provided both before and during the installation! Thanks Ray!
