Great experience from start to finish! Bryan was quick to respond, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door right away and had everything repaired quickly and correctly. The pricing was fair, and there was no pressure to buy anything we didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a company that is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Our garage door is working perfectly now, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair!

Our sales agent William was very friendly, thorough, and informative he left me with no questions about the installation of our garage door, the customer service team communication and the sales transaction went smoothly and by the next day they had technicians out to do a full install on our garage door! Dontay and Chanler did an AMAZING JOB with the install! They were friendly very quick yet effective and clean we are very proud of our new door and the price was great!

Called Duke's on the recommendation of a neighbor. They were able to schedule me the same day for service on our opener. Bryan arrived promptly and had an estimate for me within 10-15 minutes. They quote was very reasonable and he proceeded to reinstall our opener and replace the main bar and belt in about about an hour or so. Our original install was done poorly by another company that did not stand behind their work. Bryan was extremely professional and courteous, as was the office staff, at Duke's. I would highly recommend!

SPOT ON. PERIOD. Great initial consultation, great office support, and extraordinary installation. GDG has serviced my garage door for years. The time had come for an upgrade/replacement and I could not be happier. A big shout out the office support who tolerated my constant calls: Thanks Jennifer and Stephanie!
