I am extremely pleased with my new garage door installation. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Jeremiah was the technician who handled the installation, and he was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. The new door looks great and operates incredibly smoothly—it’s a night-and-day difference from my old one. Before finishing up, Jeremiah took the time to walk me through the entire system and demonstrated all the features to ensure I was comfortable with how everything works. I really appreciated the extra effort he put into the handover. Highly recommend Jeremiah and the team for anyone needing a garage door replacement!

Our experience with DoorPro America was excellent from beginning to end. Steven made the initial quote process easy and straightforward, Janay was incredibly helpful in customizing our order, and Jeremiah did an amazing job with the installation. I scheduled an appointment with Door Pro America with a rep inside Costco. They said someone would confirm my appointment, no one ever did. I called the company and confirmed my 8 am appointment. At 7:45 the estimator messaged that he would be an hour late. I asked to reschedule and he got there 30 min late. It took a month longer to schedule installation than I was promised. I was told multiple times they would call me, but they never did. I had to call the company and follow up multiple times to get installation scheduled due to multiple delays. At some point I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t refund. When you get an appointment they only give you a day, not a time or window, such as morning or evening. This made it very difficult for me to schedule around my own work. They called the night before with a time estimate because I insisted, installer was late. When he arrived, the estimator hadn’t properly estimated the framing, so installer had to leave the job and get supplies. My two hour, single door install took 6 hours with the additional work and supply run. At least the installer was the only person in whole company who had good communication and customer service. A few weeks later there was a problem with the door and it needed to be fixed. Again, they gave me a day, no confirmation, no window. No information from the customer service line, installer had good communication again, but kept pushing the arrival time out later and later because of problems on previous jobs. I took the day off work for nothing. Installer came the following day to correct the problem. If it wasn’t for the good customer service by the installer I would have given 0 stars. Customer service with the overall company, scheduling, delays- what a nightmare. Originally, I wasn’t going to post this review. I emailed customer service and asked to speak with someone about my experience in a more constructive way. No response except another email asking for my review.
