Precision Garage Door was my second call—but it definitely should have been my first. The company and technician were professional, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the work exactly as promised. I’m extremely happy with the service, the quality of the replacement parts, and the results. My garage door now works better and quieter than it ever has in all the years I’ve owned my home. From the moment I reached out late Saturday evening, their response was incredibly fast, and to my surprise, they were able to schedule service the very next day, on a Sunday! Jeff, the technician who came out, was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, knowledge, and insight were clear from the start. I am very impressed with Precision Door and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The rep that answered my call was great - she was polite, professional and could give me a rough cost estimate. The service tech was outstanding - he was on time, friendly and professional. After he inspected and diagnosed the problem, he explained why it happened and the repair needed, and got to it quickly and left no mess. I called a couple of small, local repair companies first, but one wouldn't give any rough estimate and the other gave an estimate twice (yes, 2x) as high as the Precision Door cost. This was a great service experience.

We used precision for the first time and couldn’t have been more pleased! Was notified of time of arrival from technician and he was very prompt! Joseph did a quick assessment and quoted a price and performed the work ! He was very professional and polite! Will definitely use precision garage doors on any further repairs.
