My garage door wasn’t working properly and the unit itself was cracked and old. They came same day with an hour and half and gave me a price. I used a payment plan and the new unit, sensors and keypads were all installed. Sounds much quieter and runs smoother. Mark did it himself and did a great job.

We had a cable break on our garage door opening system, and our door was stuck open! Precision was able to get a tech out within a few hours. We were offered an immediate fix and a very reasonable cost, but also an upgraded system since our equipment was showing some signs of age. We opted for the upgrade and we are so happy we did. No pressure from our tech (shout out to Joseph B!) and a quick and efficient replacement, made for a surprisingly good experience. We used Precision several years ago to install a new door and we were happy then, and we still are! Thanks

Doug Mason called about 10 minutes before he arrived. Checked out my garage door, recommended two different fixes. We went with the recommended better fix. Doug went to work repairing the garage door. Fixed my garage door checked out everything was working properly. He was awesome we were pleased with the price.
