Our garage decided to finally have an issues, after 7+ years, and the spring snapped. Got referred to A1 by my mother who loved the service. Came out quickly identified the problem and showed me all the options. All items promptly replaced to brand new. Noticed during final walk through that the genie motor just sounded on its last legs as well. Decided why not get that replaced too. Now we have a beyond quiet opener with an efficient futuristic design, bright LEDs and more. Couldn't say anything negative about the experience. We're prices slightly high, to me, yes but for full warranty that piece of mind is beyond worth it! My tech, Mr. Corbin was professional and answered all my questions and thoughts no matter how dumb my question was in my mind. Well worth the time and $ to have them come out even if it's just to maintain your units:)

Highly recommend having A1 out for any garage door issues you may have. They sent Chris M. out to give an estimate and he was very thorough in the inspection and communicated well as to what was happening with our door. Chris advised I was lucky enough to be home to hear the spring pop/break on the original Wayne Dalton door that was installed. That spring is internal and I would have never known. My wife and I discussed it and ultimately chose to follow through with having A1 complete the Maxlife dual spring conversion. The installation was quick and we are beyond satisfied with the work completed. Chris was courteous, helpful and explained everything in great detail! If you have any garage door issues don’t waste time shopping around. This group was quick to get out for the estimate and when I was ready to schedule the repair they were out same day! Huge thanks to Chris M!!!

Technician Clint Hill of A1 Garage responded to my call for a garage door tuneup. He noted I haven’t contacted the company for three years. I told him about a sound when I closed the garage door. He examined the sound and told me what was causing the sounds at the track. He had to make some adjustments and an important part called the OP Bracket and he explained its use on lifting the garage door. For some reason when the original door was put in, the OP Bracket was left off. The bracket relieves stress on the motor. I also bought the worry free Club One year membership. Got the 29 point safety inspection as well. Good timely service and everything was explained. The motor looked good. Didn’t have a OP Bracket which reduces stress on the motor in lifting the door. Will see service again in a year.

Erick Parks was dispatched to my parent’s house to install a new garage door spring. Upon arrival, his professionalism and care for the customer (my parents) was immediately noticed right off the bat. You can tell he takes great pride in his craft and is honest about what needs to be done to ensure a properly functioning product and that the customer is satisfied with the job. Went above and beyond to make sure there won’t be any callbacks as well! I would recommend this company and Erick Parks to anyone that wants the job done right the first time around! 🫡 10/10 in all categories!

Clint Hill is awesome! Came over, explained all our options, and did an excellent job repairing our door. Payment options were great also!
