Absolutely FANTASTIC, FAST, and FRIENDLY service from Jordan when replacing a broken garage door spring. I arrived home from work on a Friday afternoon to a garage door that wouldn’t open, to soon realize that the spring was broken. I quickly searched online for a garage door repair company and found United Garage Door repair and was able to get an appointment within two hours. Jordan arrived as the technician to assist with the repair and he was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors. He quickly realized the broken spring, made the appropriate measurements, and educated me on my options (costs of parts and labor, spring durability, replacing 1 vs 2 springs, etc.). I appreciated that he did not put any pressure or try to hustle me into spending more money than I needed to. Best of all, Jordan had all the parts and tools on hand and was in and out in under 30 minutes with a completely fixed and lubricated garage door. I love my new garage door and opener. Jordan, the owner was professional and pleasant. He addressed my concerns when determining which door and opener best suited my home and budget. The door was readily available within a week, not like some other companies I had interviewed that required a 5 week installation wait period. Marino did an excellent job with the installation. He was timely, efficient and thoroughly cleaned the area when finished. After the installation was completed, Jordan came by to inspect the project, showed us how to program the opener and how to maintain the door. I highly recommend using United Garage.
