First of all, no one from Door Pro America communicated with me in the time leading up to the installation. I had to call five separate times just to find out the status of my order and when the installation would take place. I was also told someone would call me one hour prior to arrival on the installation day, but no one ever did. When the installer finally arrived, he was unaware that a lock was included in my contract. I had to email copies of the agreement to the central office myself, only to be told they would need to come back another day to install the lock. Although I was instructed to remain available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the installation did not even begin until after 4:00 p.m. The installer appeared exhausted and unmotivated, and then had to wait for another worker to arrive around 5:30 p.m. before the job was finally completed around 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the rushed workmanship resulted in obvious problems immediately. The garage door was not flush with the wall or floor, the seals were poorly installed, and the door would not open fully. I reported these issues right away to the same representative I had emailed earlier, but despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. After several complaints to Window World, which subcontracted the work to Door Pro America, a manager named Brad Kelly finally contacted me on Friday afternoon. He apologized and assured me that a professional, experienced installer would arrive Monday morning between 8:00 a.m. and noon to correct the poor installation and install the missing lock and handle. I rearranged my work schedule and stayed home Monday morning waiting for the installer, but once again, no one showed up and no one called. At this point, I have wasted two full workdays dealing with Door Pro America’s disorganization, lack of communication, poor workmanship, and complete disregard for their customers’ time.

I just wanna give a Huge shout-out to Lee for his excellent service today. He arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe and was highly professional throughout the visit. Lee took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I was fully aware of the pricing, and answered all of my questions. He was efficient and provided great service. Based on this experience, I will certainly be using your company again and look forward to working with Lee in the future. Thank you, -Denise

The technician, Michael K. was outstanding! Very professional and took time to explain the problem and how he was going to repair/replace the defective items. Great service, quick, thorough, and great cleanup. So thankful he was our tech for the job!! His pleasant "can do" attitude was genuine.

We had a great experience with Door Pro America! They came out within 24 hours of our call to address an issue with our garage door, which was greatly appreciated. Vince and Red quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. They were polite, professional, and easy to work with, taking the time to explain everything clearly. It's refreshing to work with a company that values prompt service and excellent customer care. We highly recommend Door Pro America and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future garage door needs!

The garage door and opener we ordered is great! It runs smoothly and quietly. Jeremias was our installer. He came on time and installed the door and opener in a reasonable amount of time. He hauled away all the old parts and cleaned up the site. After installation, he went through what was replaced and gave a quick tutorial about the opener.
