Josh and Ethan are excellent door technicians! They assessed the issue with my door quickly and thoroughly. I knew what was wrong and the path to fix with all my questions answered. They also addressed a concern. I had with the actual garage door opener, and after that conversation, my thoughts of needing a new opener was confirmed. Josh explained all my option and Ethan provided valuable input and suggestions leading me to make a Well, informed decision on a new garage door. I’ve been extremely happy eith everyone I have encountered in this Company, This will be the only company I turned to for any garage door issues or needs I have going forward.

Joe came to do a promotional check on my garage door for $49. He was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure, just facts as to what he found needing replacement due to safety issues. I felt very confident to go ahead with his recommendations. He completed the work in a timely fashion, with an excellent job well done, and very cost affordable. He was very kind, and respectful. George was awesome and very friendly. He answered all my questions and we had good conversations. The new garage sort opener is incredible and I will be a repeat customer with Rise and Shine. Truly clear why you company has a 5 star review by nearly 2,500 customers. Lastly, George has a great red beard he could be with the Norwegian fans rowing to their chant during their next game.

Our tech, David, was a wonder to work with. I have been having a terrible week and next my garage spring breaks! David arrives and was pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. He did an assessment and layed out 3 potential solutions based upon costs. He did a great job explaining it all. Once we made our decision he went to work. He had all the necessary equipment on his truck and had our door working like a charm in a jiffy. He worked efficiently and was only too happy to work within our tight space and managed gates without a complaint. David is a great representative of a very good, respectful and straightforward company. I’d recommend Rising Shine to anyone.
