Door Pro was great - our garage door spring broke unexpectedly and they came out quick and ready to fix whatever was wrong plus fixed a small issue I wasn’t even aware of. I would recommend.

About 2 weeks after the job was completed, the men had to come back to re-boot the system. It works fine now, but I felt both times that the men, working quickly, did a mediocre job in terms of proper installation. The attachment points were put on the door crooked and upside down (from what the arrow indicated was proper.) I re-installed them properly after they left. Not sure you will want to publish this report.

Sadly I cannot recommend Doorpro America. This has happened more than once; it took 4 visits to initially install; I felt like I was the burden; I did not feel respected; and when it breaks it takes more than 48 hours for a rep to come and the customer is treated like garbage because they can’t give you a window. How can someone take off of work like that? Unacceptable.

Team met the scheduled delivery time, very knowledgeable lead installer, a much better door fit than my last set of garage doors, team cleaned up afterwards & removed old doors. If there is one minor area for improvement it is in the very common use of a mail slot. There is a limited selection and my previous door had a mail slot with a back flap to keep out cold and prying eyes. I know this is a minor section of the work, but attention to this area can improve the overall experience. To help complete this segment, my local handyman will seal the exposed insulation in the mail slot space....Thank you Door Pro.

The men that came to my house to put in the garage openers did a wonderful job and explained how the system works ( cameras, openers, etc ). I would highly recommend them.
