"I think they are a good company and they do very good work, but i just questioned the price. The first time my coil was unraveling so he quoted me one price. He said he had to use another coil so he had to raise the price. The second time he came out he did not even have to change any coils and still charged me the same price as before. It was very questionable."

"I felt that they up charged me when they arrived. When I called they quoted me the price but changed it when they got there, because they did not tell me about charge per spring. I was not happy about that. It was an additional $50. Then he did not have the right spring and he did not have all the parts to replace the carriage. I ended up looking it up myself, ordering the part and doing the rest of the work myself."
