My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was OUTSTANDING !!! Mostly due to the service of Technician Miguel Martinez. He was timely, respectful, knowledgeable and very thorough with the process. Mr. Martinez made his assessment, explained the issue in detail and provided me with several options to solve my garage door problems. I called on a late afternoon and they had a Technician come out the very next morning! I am very satisfied with the job and the components to UPGRADE not just fix, but further improve my garage door functionality. I absolutely recommend this company for your garage needs.

Precision did a great job for me repairing my damaged garage door. Their reception service was professional. Keeping me well informed. Their documentation was professional. They came out late on a Saturday of a holiday weekend (Labor Day) as well. I was in a pinch! Door was jammed open. See photo Technician David was outstanding. Smart, informative, competent and efficient. Price was reasonable and as-expected. Precision is now my “go to” garage door company. Other, past service provider wouldn’t come out on weekends.

Very please with the service I received. I loved that I was able to get a technician out soo quickly. The cost of the repair was reasonable, especially when compared to other companies. Most importantly, I didn't feel that the technician was trying to over sell me or rip me off. My technician, Ivan, appeared knowledgeable and honest! I would recommend and use thier services again.

Andrew, our technician, was very friendly and explained what was going on. He showed us the options on what needs to be fixed (motor) and was quick to take the old one down and replace it. The whole process was very quick and professionally done. I will always call Precision for my garage door repair needs.

Had garage door problems at 9 pm. Called Precision Garage Door Services. The best they could do was between 8-12 next. Ryan appeared at our house at 8, saw what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was very professional and very efficient. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and the service that was provided. We are very pleased. 😀
