Great experience with Garage Door Doctor. I made an appointment from one day to the next. Amauri Thompson was my technician and he was excellent! Amauri was friendly, punctual and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and offered different options when it came to replacing my garage’s bracket, rollers and springs. Highly recommended…Overall Grade: A++

I recently purchased a new garage door from Garage Door Doctor and got excellent service. They are detailed in evaluating problems. Benjamin did a great job in fine tuning our newly installed door and explained in detail why it was time for a new door opener and metal track. Showed us unit options, pricing options, etc. The same day Bennett came out and installed new Opener and track and it works amazingly. Love the LED auto light that comes on when we enter the garage. Great Company Who Cares about customers.

Jace and Mike were amazing. My garage door was not working. The motor was not working properly. The rollers were terrible in just a few hours. They replaced everything that they could without replacing the entire door and it works like brand new again!! These guys are professionals and exceptional at what they do!

My garage door would not raise up this morning just bounce up and down about 4 inches. I booked an appointment online at 6:30 am and by 11:45 am Joey was knocking on my front door. He inspected everything and laid out all of my options for 3 levels of opener and 3 levels of springs. It turns out that I still had the original equipment from my home's construction 17 years ago. Joey used as much of the old system as was safe and upgraded the rest. Before 6 pm, I was pulling my car back inside my garage out of the summer sunshine. I will definitely call them again in about 10-15 years when I need another garage door overhaul!

I sincerely appreciated the kindness and professionalism displayed by Darrius during a recent service call. He listened to my concerns, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered me three alternatives based on cost and warranty.
