⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience from Start to Finish! We had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service from beginning to end. Our experience started with Nick Paloumbis, our sales representative, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Nick was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time measuring and remeasuring to make sure the custom industrial doors we were ordering would be a perfect fit. Afterward, he sat down with us and took the time to explain the differences between the various motors, what we currently had, and what would work best for our needs. He also walked us through the color selections and really listened to what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured—just well-informed and confident in our choices. We were given a timeline for the installation, and Precision stuck to the plan, which we greatly appreciated. The installers were friendly, efficient, and professional. They worked quickly, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and honestly left the area looking better than it did before they started! From the initial consultation through the completed installation, the entire process was seamless. We would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any commercial or residential project. Great customer service, excellent communication, and quality work all around. Thank you, Nick and the entire Precision team! DG PAVEMENT SOLUTIONS TEAM

Excellent service. Doug Mason , my Precision tech went well beyond my expectations. He spent several hours trying to solve an unusual problem with the garage door. He was extremely patient and persistant and checked with his manager and co-workers to seek a solution. Finally he was successful and the door works beautifully. Thank you Doug for outstanding service.

The serviceman was very professional and provided the estimate in a very timely manner. The installation was completed and was very to my liking. The only knock I have is more on the company not on the serviceman and my comment is that the cost was a little expensive. I will definitely use them again if I need any additional work done to the garage doors.

Called for service and was given a same day appointment. Tech. showed up on time and gave me an evaluation of the damage. After some thought he was able to reduce the cost by $100 so I approved the fix. He was finished within 1 hour and the garage door works perfectly.
