⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arturo did an outstanding job tuning up our garage door. He showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain what needed to be adjusted and handled everything professionally from start to finish. If you need garage door repair, garage door tune-ups, or preventative garage door maintenance, I highly recommend Welborn Garage Doors and ask for Arturo if you can. Fantastic service and a great overall experience!

This is actually our second interaction with Welborn and have had the same technician Joseph help us both times! He did an amazing job when we first replaced our door in May of 2025 and most recently came out to fix a little bit of damage I caused to the bottom trim. Both times he was very pleasant, personable and thorough with his explanations of what work he would be doing. Very transparent regarding costs and never pressured us to do anything we didn’t want to do. We are extremely happy with the service Joseph provided us and his representation of your company. We would highly recommend Welborn and Joseph's expertise to anyone in need of garage door repairs/replacements!

This is a first rate organization. I made my appointment the night before online. I received a call the next morning confirming the appointment time and address. Weston, the technician, was very prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We had to make some minor adjustments with some existing storage supports and Weston was helpful and very careful. Weston took his time, made sure the spring replacement was working correctly, the garage door was balanced, and the door opened and closed to the right settings. Weston the lubricated the rollers and hinges and checked the chain on the opener. I thought he did a very thorough job. Welborn is not the cheapest garage door repair, but I believe the quality repair, the high quality materials used to replace the old spring, and the terrific service was worth the additional cost.

I've used Welborn previously for garage door maintenance. It's been 10 years since last maintenance. What prompted me to call for service was a post card reminder I received in the mail. Mason came out and did a phenomenal job with inspecting garage door and suggested recommendations. Garage door lifts and closes much smoother. Thank you Mason!!!
