Everyone at Welborn Garage is an absolute pleasure to work with! Calling to schedule could not have been easier, and I didn't have to wait days for an appt for garage repairs. Our technician, Nick, is top-notch. He is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived with everything needed to accommodate the service request. He listened closely to my concerns, and offered very reasonable options for the fix, explaining everything as he went. He was respectful of our property, thorough in his work, cleaning up after himself and leaving the area as it was - except for a now perfectly tuned garage door! He went above and beyond to use a leaf blower to clear out the leaves and debris before he left. White Glove service! I fully trust and gladly welcome Welborn to service our future garage needs. Thank you for the stellar service!

*I am addending my review of Welborn on 8/7/26. I have no changes to my review of the work the technicians performed for me as stated below. I am concerned about finding that the inspection fee of $180 was added to my credit card after Oscar told me it would be removed from the total bill. I received no satisfaction from the office when I called except that I can contact Oscar and have him explain it to me. Thus I changed my review to 3 stars solely for the work done.* Oscar replaced the springs, end bearing plates, center plate & center bearings, safety drums, torsion tube, and all the ball bearing rollers on 7/28/26. All moving parts were replaced. The work done will extend the life of my door and opener as I was placing a lot of stress on the system moving the door up and down. I am very pleased with the work done by Welborn. Later in the day I noticed a sound coming from the top of the door or opener track. I called and Welborn scheduled a technician visit to assess the issue the next day. On 7/29/26, Stephen came out and after evaluation, ensured me that the sound I was hearing was actually the sealing of door to the garage header and is normal and positive assurance that the door could not be pried open from the outside. Both Oscar and Stephen demonstrated exceptional technical skills in the repair and replacement of the functional pieces of the garage door and the rapid and accurate support skills in diagnosing and demonstrating that the performance of the door was in specifications. I highly recommend Welborn Garage for its ability to stand behind its work and to acquire outstanding employees.

Wellborn garage does top quality work. I highly recommend them. And the service technician (Arturo Gonzales) is a professional and does outstanding work! I love the new seal around my wood garage door. This is going to help keep my garage so much cleaner.

Nicolas is a real keeper. He was professional, proficient and polite. Having someone that is good at their craft and serves the clients best interest is remarkable. My wife feared coming home to an open garage when the door was opening by itself. She is now a happy customer.
