Door and tracks were screwed up. The tech came took a good look at it and said he could fix it. He did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He checked over everything very thoroughly. Door is moving better than it was before I developed a problem.

This was our second call in two years to GDS, with Richard II as our tech. Our problem this time was that the door fell off the tracks after being struck by an overheight vehicle. Thankfully no one was hurt. Richard attacked the mess...bent panels, bent guide rail...we were sure the door would have to be replaced. But for less than sales tax on a new door, we were up and running with full repairs just like you would expect from an automotive body shop. I like these guys, and you will too!

I moved into a new house and the previous owner did not have a working remote and the garage door sounded like the door was going to come off. They were able to fix my garage door issue quickly and help me with my remotes!
