For some reason though are getting problems quicker or sooner than I thought but not so much to do with service but maybe something else is just going wrong quickly. They were fixing the garage door. I would give them a B.”

“I guess from what I remember is OK. I didn't like the pricing but it is what was. I didn't like the pricing. I forgot how much they charged me but that's all I got. I really don't remember. They repaired a bracket and did some maintenance on it. I would give it a C because of the pricing and it didn't take them long to do it. But I know I paid upwards of $150. I guess the quality of work was all right. It was just the pricing. I think it took less than an hour and I was already over $150. The guy was OK. It was like he maybe had some personal problems but he was all right you know. Like I said, he looked like he had some personal issues. They don't come in uniform. They come just in regular work clothes, I mean their personal vehicles. Punctuality was pretty quick but it'd be nice if they at least looked like, had a uniform. That goes back to it'd be nice if they had a uniform on. For the work they were doing they didn't leave a mess. He seemed to know what he was talking about. The ork and the price didn't match to me. I think I was charged to much for the work that he did. He replaced like one, two brackets and did like a maintenance, like oiling the joints or whatnot and that was pretty much it.”
