We called Action Garage after our garage door came off the tracks. We ended up replacing the all doors of our 3 car garage as well as the trim with this company. Worked well initially. Same exact problem happened again. We pressed the close button in our garage, and the door came off the tracks again. We called the company and they sent someone out the next morning. Quick and responsive service. However, they wanted to charge an additional $700 to fix the door, AGAIN! We spoke with Chris Capelan (manager) and he denied any discount and said we should have had their company out for the “maintenance plan” (and paid them more money) and then he would’ve honored fixing it. Absolute scam. Would not recommend this company. We found another company that was much more reasonable and honest to work with.

The technician was very knowledgeable and caring. He was patient in explaining the findings and also worked to convey repair options. Workmanship and attention to detail was a class act. Very confident that we made the right choice in the repair. I feel equipped with the required tools and understanding for ongoing maintenance. Not to mention that he was very personable and great to work. The administration / office support was very thoughtful and respectful of my time. Kept me fully informed for planning and availability purposes. Much appreciated.

We got our appointment the same day we called. Vester was our technician, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us upgrade our garage door system the very next day. He was also very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and my husband, making sure we knew how to operate the new system. We really appreciated his excellent service and professionalism!

Broken Spring Replacement: Action Garage Door Repair Specialists are the best! They came out and replaced my broken door springs in no time at all. The spring broke on Tue afternoon at 5 p.m. and I was the 2nd customer of the day on Wed the next day. Michael, our technician was very professional and informative. I had many questions about a future purchase of a new insulated garage door. I have been coming back to Action for over 20 years, and I have the first receipt to prove it. I would not call them if I did not trust them. I will be getting a new garage door this year and I will ask for Michael again. I highly recommend them. The tech that came out, (Anthony E.), was very nice, knowledgeable and prompt. Price was right and we're very pleased w the work. I will say that the female at the office that answered the phone could be more personable but she was very professional and got the job done as far as scheduling etc.
