Absolute privacy violation and verbal abuse. Avoid at all costs! I contacted customer service just to ask for their email address so I could send a detailed overview of my garage door system, along with pictures and an expert technician's report. A customer service agent named Dorris promptly gave me the email. I explicitly did not provide my phone number, nor did I ever give them consent to call me. Within 30 seconds of sending the email, my phone rang. They had tracked down my number without permission, put me on speakerphone, and both Dorris and an account manager named Kevin immediately tag-teamed me, aggressively demanding my name, full address, and details to send one of their own techs out. When I stood my ground and refused to have another repair person look at my already damaged doors, their demeanor completely changed from "customer service" to outright gaslighting, humiliation, and heavy criticism. For 20 agonizing minutes, Dorris and Kevin took turns pressuring and bullying me. I finally had to hang up when the conversation escalated into literal verbal abuse that left me on the verge of tears. This business is predatory, highly unprofessional, and has zero respect for basic boundaries or customer well-being.
