“It just boils down to the fact that they started working without giving any pricing or proper documentation on how much that was going to cost.”
“I called the company to have some work done on a rental property, and they did not show up on time. They did not update me on the schedule at all. I had to keep calling them in order to speak with someone. I asked the office manager for a call from the technician to speak with them about the problem, but they never called. They took payment from my renter, and never spoke with me about the payment, or any of the issues with the garage.”
