“The most painful experience ever. Sales person stopped responding. Had to call 3 times to get someone to call back and tell me that person is no longer with the company. Took 4 months to get it installed. Once installed, stopped working 8 hours later. Another 3 weeks to get them out to fix it. Terrible service and quality.”

“It was two days before Christmas when they came out. They were very responsive and the experience was very positive. They had the best customer service that I have experienced with any contractor.
