Absolute gem of an installation and product. Team arrived on time at the early part of the window they offered. Described the process and were very polite and quick. Cleaned up everything and the garage sort looks great.

I recently bought a garage opener from Costco. Premium brand lift master with add on camera. Very sleek and the belt was very quiet. The service was fantastic, only took 2 hours for installation! I also get a 15% gift card from Costco which is big +++

Tom was absolutely wonderful!!!!!! He was on time, assessed the problem with our door immediately and fixed the problem in a flash!!!! Then he showed us what he did and made sure all our remotes/openers worked. Tom was so friendly and pleasant!!!!! It is always stressful when home repairs are needed. Tom made the experience easy and stress free!!!!! THANK YOU TOM!!!!

We had a new garage door installed by Martin! He was awesome! He took pride in his work and cleaned up after himself as he worked. The door works beautifully! We are enjoying our new door!

We purchased doors from Costco and they contracted Door Pro for installation. Not going to go into details but we overpaid by over $900:00 as compared to a local installer, unfortunately we signed a contract before looking into it. The person installing our doors took the whole day to install and did not finish as he did not have the correct color door stop, and the portion he did install did not seal,said he would return within a week but in a couple of weeks ,we called and rescheduled completion a week or so later. The other installer did finish the missing stop and correct the non sealing one. One of the doors was rattling as we left our home for a while and once we returned we discovered that the bottoms of rails were not secured to the wall and the doors are not well balanced. I will finish the rails and wind the doors some more but it’s not something most homeowners can do. My recommendation is to look for a better deal as these guys are not it and if you do choose them inspect the work as they are very slow correcting any issues.
