Red has Excellent service! He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He installed an upgraded garage door motor and even took the time to help me download and set up the app. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

The technician, Red, came out to fix what ended up being a relatively straightforward repair to get my garage door operating again. What really stood out, though, was that instead of simply leaving once the repair was complete, he took the extra time to lubricate all four of my garage doors to make sure they were operating at their best. He also explained the importance of maintaining and lubricating the doors annually to help extend their life and keep them running smoothly. Red was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and goes above and beyond for the customer. Thanks, Red, for the great service!

I had an issue with my garage door and called American Garage Door Systems from a recommendation. James Rowton came out the same day and did a great job repairing my garage door. He was professional, quick to respond, and had everything working again the same day. Very friendly and easy to work with. Reasonable pricing, and I would definitely recommend!

Red called before he arrived for the service call. He arrived on time, introduced himself and quickly assessed the problem. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. Red advised on which model device to use given we have custom wooden garage doors. He installed the new system, double checked I was satisfied with the installation. I decided to replace our other garage door opener and scheduled an appointment for 21 August. Excellent service and excellent worker.
