I used A1 for a garage door tuneup. My tech (Armon Bosier) was absolutely awesome. After a text stating he was on his way, he also called and gave me a very accurate arrival time. Armon was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He discussed some of the areas of concern, and what his recommendations were. I was able to talk over and choose what repairs I wanted and didn't without any pressuring. Armon did a great job, and was kind and upbeat the entire time, even when there was some difficulties for one of the repairs. I'd absolutely recommend A1 again, and if you can request a tech, Armon all the way!

I had a fantastic experience getting the springs on my garage door replaced, and a lot of that came down to the two gentlemen who did the work. Spencer was the lead on the job and he was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions going in (more than I’d care to admit) and he took the time to answer every single one of them clearly, without ever making me feel like I was slowing him down. He walked me through what he was doing, explained why certain components were being replaced, and made sure I understood the warranty and the options I had before we moved forward. That kind of patience and transparency is rare. Alex was working alongside him and was just as great. Easy to talk to, clearly knew his stuff, and contributed a lot of helpful insight throughout the visit. It was obvious they take pride in what they do. Beyond the technical work, both guys were respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and finished up exactly when they said they would. No pressure, no upsells, no surprises on the final bill. Just honest, high-quality work delivered by two true professionals. If you’re considering this company, ask for Spencer and Alex specifically. I would absolutely recommend their work to family and friends, and they’ll be my first call the next time anything garage door related comes up. Five stars without hesitation.

A1 Garage, and Spencer the technician did an amazing job on an emergency call on a Sunday coming out to repair my garage door after it came out from the wall due to poor installation from my builder in my 5 year old home. I highly recommend reaching out to them. From the service center answering the call and working to get me scheduled ASAP, along with the amazingly kind and patient technician. I am a client for life, literally!

We had a great experience with Ashton Olshen our A1 technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything about our new garage door opener, belt, and rail installation. He treated our home with respect, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. The installation was completed efficiently, and Ashton cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving the area spotless. The new opener is working perfectly and is much quieter than our old one. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Ashton to anyone needing garage door service or installation.

While the people were friendly, they run their business on a high pressure, make impulse decision model similar to an oil change shop trying to sell you new filters and wipers. I had them come out to do general maintenance of my garage door and lo and behold the tech determined I need a new spring and several other new parts and guess what, he just so happened to have all the parts in his truck and could do it today! He rang up the quote of about $2,500 for parts and service. When I said I didn't want any, he called some sales person on the phone who was based in Michigan who would check to see if they had any deals. Wow I was getting a great deal but he had a coupon for another 10% off that would drop the price to about $2,200! I again said no and the tech said he would send over the quote and follow up. The amazing thing about technology is that I can now send the quote through AI and get an honest assessment. After doing so AI determined that the entire quote should have been about $1,000. I called up a local place and they were able to do all the work for $1,075 after tax with parts that had the same warranty. As AI becomes more ubiquitous, this sort of business will struggle to survive.
