My experience with Door Pro of America was far greater than my expectations. The technician arrived on time and went straight to work. I thought for sure that this was too much for one person to handle. Man quite the contrary, he was a man on a mission. My family, friends and neighbors love the doors. Great job DP of America you have earned my respect, appreciation and recommendation to my entire network of family and friends.

I connected with Door Pro America through Costco. I thought I needed a new garage door opener. Colin came out to assess my needs. He noticed that one of the two springs on my double-wide door was broken, which was causing the opener to struggle. He said he could fix that. We looked at the door and he noticed that the top panel had cracked in the middle where the opener is attached. The panel flexes a lot due to a lack of a horizontal support brace. So I opted for a new door and opener. It took a few weeks because I picked one of the optional colors for the door. The 2-person crew that installed it did a fantastic job. The lead even found that the builder had pre-wired for the door sensors and inside switch, which were not used by the current door and opener. I am very pleased with the look of the new door and the modern features in the opener, like a camera and phone app to open and close the door remotely.

I always had great experiences with Door Pro America in installing, and maintaining our garage doors. Richard who comes to service the doors and my recent experience with the customer service representative Erick was awesome. They were both very pleasant, caring ing, understanding, knowledgeable l, courteous and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all the he garage door service needs.
