After moving into our new Toll Brothers home, I unfortunately backed into the garage door before it fully opened. Thankfully Toll Brothers put me in touch with their supplier, Door Pro America who responded immediately. I emailed photos of the damaged door and the next morning they sent a new door, rails and 2 great installers. A couple of hours later: I was good as new. It just needs to be painted black. The installers did a great job. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks to everyone involved.

Jake I. Installed three new garage doors at my home yesterday. First, let me say that the product is amazing! When I sent pictures to my friends showing them before and after, they all said it looked like a brand new house. They aren’t cheap, but they are definitely worth it. And now let me tell you about Jake. Jake spent the entire day installing these doors. The Care that he took doing his job is obvious and so very much appreciated. In addition, Jake is so polite and was respectful of my home every step of the way. Jake is talented, knowledgeable, and such a nice person. I highly recommend this product and, should you decide purchase these garage doors, I very highly recommend you ask for Jake to be your installer.

I was able to retrofit the once car port opening to accommodate the garage door with opener installed by Garage Door Pros. It completely changed the look of the property and provided much improved privacy and value. Your employees were instrumental in providing what was necessary to accomplish the installation.

World class professionals from the sales engineer, office managers and the installation crew. I would expect nothing less from a company associated with Costco.

I had a great experience with Gill from Door Pro America. He did an excellent job fixing my garage and was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was Gill’s humble, respectful, and helpful attitude. He was willing to help with everything, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly. He genuinely cared about providing great service rather than simply getting the job finished. Gill is a great representative of Door Pro America, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door service. Thank you, Gill, for your outstanding work and for treating me with such kindness and respect! God bless you!
