Well, I was approached by a person at Costco Liberty Hill. Asking if I would like to have a free check of my garage door. I signed up for it to see what they have they offer. When (Cedar Park) garage came to the house. We discussed my garage door the things I like and didn’t like. My house was built by DR Horton. Since living here. I’ve watched my garage door. Walk to side a little bit. It’s just a regular cheap metal Door. I use my garage door every single day. The other homes I have lived in. My garage door had not one spring, but two. Knowing that I only have one spring on this Door was concerning. Since I use it every day. I also wanted A solid steel, door. With insulation included.. we went through the options of a new door. The price was compatible to other places I have looked at. Knowing that I can get a solid steel insulated door with two springs.. Was nice to know. It took about 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. I was emailed by (Cedar Park) overhead door. I schedule a time and date. The day of install they called me within 30 minutes or their arrival. The gentleman who installed a Door and his coworker. Was doing a great job, Job And take your time to make sure it is installed right. They made some adjustments to the Door several times. The door looked great. Before they left, they make sure everything was tight and secure. Cleaned up their area. Gave me some instructions on how to maintain the door hinges and wheels. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the work. I have used (Cedar Park) overhead doors before. They do excellent job. I have used other garage door service departments before. Overall, I was used (Cedar Park) garage door anytime. The door came with the warranty. I was advised I had any problems with the door. Don’t hesitate to call. Once again (Cedar Park) overhead door did an excellent job. They are very responsible about cleaning up their mess. Once again, thank you

Chris and Brayden came out to my home today and installed our new insulated garage door. They communicated the process and expectations clearly and answered questions that we had. Very patient team. Also explained the simple benefits of the new door! I already feel the difference! Also-a big shout out to Kit for helping with the selection and making the process simple. I’ve made the change to CPODs and I am staying for Life! Amazing from start to finish!

Excellent service from the sales department to the techs Nate S and Luke P that came out. They did an amazing job. We purchased a LiftMaster 98022 Door opener for both of our garage doors. It’s amazing! It’s quiet, has Wi-Fi and a backup battery in case the electricity goes out. We did have to get an electrician to put in outlets near the side of the garage door and run the low voltage lines for the opener remote and eyes. Surprisingly, not many electricians do low-voltage🤔. Nate S was awesome in explaining on how everything worked. He originally came out to assess my issue with the door, not properly opening. I felt he was very honest and explained everything in detail of what the problem was. Will definitely use these guys again for our garage needs.

Chris J. and Joel S. did an outstanding job installing my new garage door. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were excellent from start to finish. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and took the time to answer my questions. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Chris and Joel to anyone needing garage door installation or service.

Cedar Park Overhead Doors provided excellent service from Andy answering my initial call to Leo coming out and fixing the garage door. When I first called, I spoke to Andy - he was friendly & super helpful. We set an initial appointment that I ended up having to cancel day of - the technician was very kind and understanding. When I called to reschedule I spoke to Andy again and he was just as friendly & was able to get me a technician same day. Leo arrived a few hours later & was incredibly kind and patient. The job took a bit longer than planned but the company made it happen and Leo did an excellent job. I am very pleased & am grateful they are easy to work with!
