Less than 24 hours and my garage door was fixed! They were the 3rd garage door repair company I reached out to, but wish they were the 1st! Another company, won't say their name, quoted me $500 for 1 spring repair. He talked us down to $300 to avoid loosing the sale. When we told him we wanted to shop around, he guaranteed his company was the cheapest. I guess he didn't know Action Gararge would be their competition! I received a callback in less than 24hrs of requesting a quote. The lady set me up with same day repair! I love their communication. They texted before the technician came out and even sent of picture of the tech! That made me feel safe and a great piece of mind! The tech, Sebastian E, was professional and fast! He told us the repair would take 30 mins....he was done in 15! He told us other items that needed repair in the future, but did NOT try to sale to us. Just wanted to inform us! I swear, anything else happen to our garage, Action Garage is my first call!

Cory did a great job. My house was built in the 70s and the garage door panels are no longer in stock so he did a quick search and gave us 3 repair options. He works quickly and pays attention to small details, even taking a quick look at the second door. I recommend Action Doors and ask for Cory.

Very happy with their service. Appointment was given quick, technician was on time very professional and knew exactly what the issue was. Door was working properly in no time. Price was reasonable and I loved that they have a tracking app where you can see where the technician location is when coming to the appointment you can even get a picture of the technician, I find that very safe. I would absolutely recommend this company .

I used action garage door specialist to repair my garage door. The issue I had was one of my hoses was broken and he recommended the specialist recommended replacing the cables Corey B the specialist who came out quoted me $761 for the repair plus the $30 for coming out so the estimate was $792 until I said why is it so expensive? It’s very expensive and he replied that manufacturers have been charging high prices since Covid and after Covid, the prices never went down and so he related it to the parts. I asked him was there anything that could be done about the price he claimed he called the owner and I heard a male on the phone and he said well he came back and said the only thing I can do is takeoff the $30 for the service fee and he also indicated that the repairs were a lifetime and I went. I had the repairs made. I didn’t feel comfortable about the pricing and I couldn’t get into my garage. I needed my garage fixed and I asked him did they do price matching and he said yes and so he said yes if it’s a long-standing company we do price matching after the specialist left. The repairs were completed. I could see the part numbers on the receipt that they sent me and I looked up the prices on Amazon and the hose for a pair cost $129 and the cable cost not even $10 so the company charged me $600 to replace the hose in the cable on the garage door and the deception was his reason for the pricing of the materials of what he told me was the pricing or the reason for the high price being the cost of parts plus he told me that it was a lifetime warranty, and the receipt on the second page says 30 day limited warranty so my review is based on the deception from Kori B the specialist who came out and what they charged me I don’t have confidence in this company in their pricing. The company took advantage of me.

Action Garage door did a great job communicating with me regarding my service technician Chris’s arrival. Once Chris arrived he diagnosed the issue, gave me a good quote and completed work promptly. I highly recommend them for your next garage door repair or service.
