On short notice I needed a door specialist on a Friday afternoon. A call to Precision Garage Door and explain ing my urgency they got me scheduled that afternoon at 4pm. The Technician arrived on time and not only corrected my initial issue, but took time to inspect 2 other doors and found one needing an additional spring and other adjustments.Parts were on his truck and the repair was done in less than one hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable of any door related questions I had and took time to explain anything in detail. Now Precision will be my 'Go To" garage door company. Here's a big "Shout Out" to Derek who was the best! We appreciate it!

Summary: Needed a garage door replacement. This company did a fabulous job. Highly recommended. My current garage door was failing after (I believe) ~34 years. Rather than do a costly repair, I decided on a full replacement from Precision Door. The Order process was easy, door was available exactly when promised, and installation was quick, thorough, and expertly completed. Communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. Shout out to my 2 installers, Amin Guzman and Kevin Lopez. They did a fabulous job. Recommended without hesitation!

Had a door spring break the end of last week. Super easy to make an appointment over the weekend for today. The technician, William, showed up in the middle of the appointment window. He was quick with the repair and also adjusted my opener. I heartily recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door Service was excellent on every level: from the friendly & helpful scheduler to the technician who fixed my garage door. I needed to change the time frame at the last minute but this was not a problem. The technician, David, was knowledgeable and quickly determined the problem (simple wiring that I’d dislodged when sweeping). I already knew that the builders had used sub-standard materials, and David outlined additional options if I wanted more comprehensive work done. There was no pressure, but when I decide to get that work done, I’ll definitely contact Precision Garage Door Service!
