Jason came to fix my garage door exactly at the scheduled time. He inspected the door in minutest details and I was really impressed as not only he knew his job but also had a mastery over it. Realizing his competency I then went ahead in getting the entire set of garage door roller changed. Apart from his professionalism, I found him a well rounded person and a man of high morals and convictions. A1 Is really lucky to have a person like him on its pool of technicians. Well done Jason keep it up.

Lucas was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me for any up-sell. He did offer optional services and products. Lucas was efficient and thorough during his time on site. I will use A-1 again as my preferred products and services company. Pricing for services was excellent.
