I had been stressing over my garage door issues for weeks, but Antonio handled everything with such expertise and care that all my anxieties melted away. He explained the problem clearly, offered honest solutions, and worked efficiently to get everything back in perfect working order. Ozzie rolled up to service my garage door and brought his phenomenal helper with him — both of them absolute rockstars. Not only did they dial in my door like Mandalorians on a mission, but Ozzie walked up with coffee and donuts. Coffee. And. Donuts. Who does that anymore?! The service was flawless, fast, and honestly felt like a neighbor helping out, not a company upselling me. My garage door is running smoother than a Jedi starfighter, and my morning was brighter. If you’re lucky enough to get Ozzie and his helper, you’ve basically won the day. This is the way.

Mr Rogers... AKA PJ, is an awesome young man! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not an easy learner when it comes to garage door opener and programming them. So glad he was here. He took the time to explain everything he did all while assureing me I was not in the way. I know I was lol! Definitely recommended A1 and request PJ if you want a similar experience. Im not sure who is reading this but if PJ works for you, give this young man a well deserved raise and put him in charge of training others on how to interact with customers. Update: PJ at my request, returned to my home to fix an issue with the garage door opener he installed. He worked diligently to assess the problem. After a short while, he discovered there was no problem with the opener. The sound I thought was coming from the opener, was coming from another piece of equipment in my garage. PJ was very understanding and we had a chuckle over it. He is an awesome young man. Promote immediately!

I love our new garage door! Special thanks to Antonio and Aaron for a smooth experience when picking out our new door. The process was straightforward without added sales pressure. They were also so patient as I teetered between design elements. Antonio even helped make our old door functional until our new one came in. On installation day, Cody was super efficient in removing our old door, putting in the new one, and connecting all the devices via the MyQ app. I appreciate how thorough Cody was when explaining all parts of the new door including my how to use the app. The garage door and keypad come with cameras including a free 2-year subscription. Overall, I’m very happy with the decision to go with A1 Garage Door and highly recommend their services.

During the tune-up, he performed a thorough inspection, tightened all hardware, lubricated moving parts, and made precise adjustments to ensure everything was operating smoothly and safely. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he didn’t rush the job and made sure every component was functioning at its best before wrapping up. My garage door is now noticeably quieter and operates much more efficiently than before. It’s clear that the technician takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service.
