We scheduled the appointment to receive a quote ready to purchase a new garage door but we will be going with someone else that can give more personalized service. To schedule the appointment I had to go through a virtual assistant. That was fine although I had some questions I would have liked to ask a live person. When the tech came he was very nice but couldn’t do anything but take measurements and pictures to send to their sales reps in a call center. He had two samples with him but not the most popular - didn’t offer color samples etc. Again, he was very nice but could only answer the most basic of questions. His job was to take measurements and pictures and send them into the company. After doing that he said we would get in a call with a rep for details. He went to his truck to get them on the phone and after 45 minutes I finally went out to get an update and he said he was 8th in line to the call center to get us on with a sales rep. I couldn’t wait any longer so I told him to email me the quote if possible. We won’t be using them. Their system may be fine for some people but I need a company that can give me the price and answer questions when they are talking to me - not a call center.

We needed a whole new spring & cable installation. Our cable wire on our garage door broke. It was old. A1 Garage did an excellent job! Very personable, answered all our questions, and very efficient! I would definitely recommend them! Paul Bergman

Absolutely thrilled with the service! Oscar is incredibly knowledgeable about the inner workings of my garage door. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated.
