Bailey was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and always took the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated that she called several times to ensure I understood each step and to see if there was anything else I needed. Her professionalism and genuine care made a big difference. Your company did work in our home last March. You sent 2 separate subcontractors with no oversight whatever. No one from GL Hunt stepped foot on our property during the course of the work contracted. No surprise almost a year later it is failing. We asked for a review of the unsatisfactory work by your management staff and were refused—actually ghosted. Then you accounting staff threatened my wife with a lean if we did not pay in full the amount immediately for your subcontractors for subpar work with no oversight by your company—the entity with whom we had a contract. We filed a warranty claim with you less than a year later when the driveway repairs failed, and you sent someone to review. Now you send boiler plate documents to my wife expecting signature that WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. I have called my self now 3 times only to get zero answers nor any attention at all from your management staff—Perhaps this will get it. If we are not contacted via phone or in person by the close of the week I will personally begin filing complaints. As an Architect I know how that system works. Tarsio

I had an excellent experience with GL Hunt Foundation. Cab was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to clearly explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring that I felt fully informed about the condition of my foundation. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. It’s rare to meet someone in this industry who is so transparent and straightforward. Cab never tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs—in fact, he explained why certain issues did not require immediate attention, which gave me great confidence in his assessment. It’s clear that GL Hunt values professionalism and customer trust. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest evaluation of their foundation.

I am very pleased with the work done by the G.L. Hunt team. Brucks arrived as scheduled to perform the inspection and provide an estimate. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Work day: Melanie, Jose and crew showed up as scheduled, worked diligently to finish the work in one day! The work involved installing eight pilings, removing & reassembling much of my decking for five of them. They were professional, friendly and even left the deck cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend! Due to my unique situation I chose to finance and Baylie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining my options in a professional and friendly manner.
