⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with LRE Foundation Repair from start to finish. The process began with a thorough assessment from Shane Goforth, who clearly explained the issues with our crawl space and the recommended solutions. He stayed in communication throughout and ensured everything moved forward smoothly. Our home had a crawl space that was in rough shape. Insulation was falling down, moisture was present, and the space underneath the house was dirty and poorly protected. LRE came in and completely transformed it with a full encapsulation, structural support improvements, and installation of a dehumidifier and sump system. The difference is night and day. During execution, Frank (the crew lead) and his team were superb. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail stood out from day one. The transformation speaks for itself. What started as a dirty, neglected crawl space is now a fully encapsulated, clean, and properly supported space under the house. What impressed me most was the follow-through. When we had a minor issue after installation, Frank and the team returned the very next day to resolve it. They even coordinated with an electrician to make an adjustment so the dehumidifier and sump system would operate more efficiently. LRE clearly takes pride in their work and stands behind it. The project also includes a five-year service plan to ensure everything continues operating as intended. From Shane’s initial consultation to Frank and the crew’s outstanding execution and follow-up, this was a superb experience. I would highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair to anyone needing crawl space encapsulation or foundation work.

OUTSTANDING WORK -- Professional, Precise and Perfect! Recently hired LRE to tackle a tricky drainage issue at my home and the crew of Rick, Wilving, Antonio and Mike absolutely exceeded every expectation. They removed the old setup, and tied in a sump pump drain that now empties cleanly into my driveway -- all without breaking or even cracking a single paver from my pool deck. That alone is Impressive! The crew was incredibly skilled and careful. Thank you for the excellent work!

Final results look better than I expected. Carl and Kevin did excellent work and I am very happy with this job. Will definitely use LRE again. Pics are of front and back patios both cracked in half, before and after.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found LRE Foundation Repair. Kurt came out first and answered all our questions. Then he set up an independent survey for us which we were struggling to find. Then LRE got us on the schedule quickly and the first crew came out to really take the time to evaluate and consult with superiors. Cole and Matt and the whole first team were professional, mindful of being in someone's home and answered all our questions. The second team came and coordinated with the first team to do the necessary lifting. After that the second team went above and beyond in finishing the foundation repairs. Our house is fixed thanks to the great teamwork of all the LRE Foundation Repair staff and crews. Just an amazing company.

I am very happy with the results. These guys spent a week replacing half the house subflooring. They're all professional and polite. Most importantly completed the job well and cleaned up any debris from the project.
