This company is really good at returning calls to schedule an inspection, asking for a good review, then doing a poor job after that. While the scheduling was seamless, that's where it ended. They sent out Dustin Ruhd to inspect our issue, was told he'd follow up with an estimate and NEVER heard back from anyone. My sense is that he perceived our work as a challenge that was not worth his time but didn't have the courtesy to state as such. Received an email requesting a good review, but when you click on "not satisfied" their system would not let you continue (I had to go through Google the long way). Their clearly care more about collecting 5 star reviews than actually delivering 5 star customer service.

Buck Alden came out and inspected two homes for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was especially concerned about one of the homes, but Buck was incredibly honest, thorough, and helpful throughout the process. I've been hesitant to contact companies in the past because of experiences where I felt taken advantage of, so trust is very important to me. Thankfully, that was not the case here. Buck took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me straightforward, honest feedback without any pressure. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism, integrity, and hard work.
