So far…so good. Michael and Muhammed spent valuable meaningful time with me investigating the possible causes of my foundation problems. Together we developed a plan of action and I appreciated their honesty, experience and outstanding professionalism. I’m looking forward to seeing the plan unfold! I will leave another review upon completion.

I called for the Arizona Foundation Solutions free estimate. Jacob Gloria came out and took detailed and precise measurements and informed me there was no issues and the measurements were within tolerance guidelines. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, on time, and worked effectively. There scheduling staff was kind and respectful. Most companies will try and find an issue to justify doing work. It’s extremely refreshing to see a company that is honest with there dealings and will let you truly know if there is an issue or not. Thank you Arizona Foundation Solutions for providing a professional service that the public can trust. Im impressed

Micheal Padron is a solid sales person with no BS that I could detect; Sales and inspection clear and well defined. I came away believing your firm had the expertise to complete the project. Gamalier and Chris called me the evening before, stated the time of arrival; called me again in the morning ,arrived on time ready for work. Gamalier listened to my concerns, made recommendations, while Chris was readying all the equipment. No time was wasted. As the job progressed I used a 4’-0” level to check the joints. I was impressed with the caution and the focus Gamlier showed. All through the process we talked and made decisions. Chris is obviously new to some parts of the process, but he showed a conscientiousness and concern that was superb. I would have him and Gamalier run any job for me on my commercial construction projects. Pictures of the finished project attached. Very pleased. Now we wait and see if the product holds up. I’m satisfied it was installed correctly.

Just finished my introductory course to Foundation Repair 1A.! Thank you Joshua Cruz!!!! Lesson number one….deal with a well established company! They cannot run and hide , like the independent contractor. I did not know that Foundation Solutions was a national corporation with representative shops in nearly every state. Joshua used a video presentation to show me how the cracks in the garage foundation were made and how the repair process would be carried out Not only were the presentations were well done but they got to the point directly. Much better than someone blabbering on about pictures in their head; while you conjure up matching pictures in your head. Are we on the same page? Before Joshua left: I had the entire scope of the project set; the complete contract of expectations; an inclusive Warrenty; a tentative calendar date printed out and in hand: with no wiggle room for misinformation. I will be adding my comments after the job is completed.

Rudy and team worked really hard to do the best for our home's foundation. The polylevel solution is amazing; to see sinking concrete literally lifted up to its proper place is wonderful to see. Also all the stem wall repairs make our foundation look nearly new! Thank you to our salesman Josh for spending 3 hours explaining in detail what they can do and all the potential options. While the cost is significant, there is no more important financial investment than our home. I heartily recommend AZ foundation solutions for repairs you may need.
