It is so refreshing to write a positive review about a company and its services! We could not be any happier with Comfenergy! From the very beginning to the very end, we were impressed with the people, the services provided, and the products installed. I did a lot of research and had several estimates. When I called Comfenergy to explain our house's issues and schedule the initial consultation/estimate, I was struck by how helpful and friendly the woman on the phone was. Then we had the pleasure of having Eric V. to our house to listen to my concerns and walk through the problem areas (and we had several from the main attic to another smaller attic and a large crawl space). He crawled around into every nook and cranny to check things out, really listened to my concerns, provided insights and additional information including things I hadn't thought of, never tried to upsell me, and even broke out different portions of the actual estimate so that we could see the specific prices for each area and determine whether we could do all of the work (or not). Comfenergy provided reasonable, fair pricing, and when I contacted them later about adding an additional piece to the work (after we'd signed the contract), they came up with a reasonable and helpful solution. I was informed about openings to get the work done sooner (but we were not able to move our start date), as well as reminder emails and how to prep the spaces before the team got there. When it was time for the work to be done, the Team Leader, Tomas, contacted me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on the way (they were even early to get started!). The whole team was fantastic, from making sure they understood everything that needed to be done, to showing me progress pictures, trying to safeguard the areas before/while working, answering my questions throughout, and basically worked their tails off all day (I don't even know if they took any breaks). At the end, I got to see the finished products (either in person or via pictures), and they cleaned up incredibly well. Tomas was amazing throughout - super knowledable, friendly, and helpful. We are so excited to finally have this done and to have it done so well! We would recommend Comfenergy a hundred times over and will definitely contact them in the future for any additional work.

Jesus Nunez was our consultant and did a fantastic and thorough job of walking us through issues with our HVAC and insulation in a bonus room over the garage. Roxana was the team lead that came out and lead the work project. I couldnt be more impressed! The team were timely, efficient, courteous and very clean. The did a phenomenal job. On the second day of a three day project we already noticed a huge difference in comfort upstairs. I’m certain that there will be a significant decrease in our energy bill. I would highly recommend Comfenergy for your HVAC needs. Even just have them come do an assessment, tou might be suprised at how much more efficient they can make your system.

This is our second summer since Comfenergy upgraded the attic insulation of our 1999 Cape Cod and we couldn’t be happier! When we purchased this home almost 5 years ago, the second floor temperatures were consistently in the mid 80s and our kids’ bedrooms were very uncomfortable. We replaced the original AC unit and installed an attic fan with no relief. We needed someone to do a thorough inspection and come up with an effective plan, and that’s exactly what Comfenergy did…. -added foam board insulation over existing insulation on the back of the knee walls, blew cellulose in the angles, sealed all cracks and crevices with foam -removed old insulation on the floor of the attic, sealed all floor cracks and crevices with closed cell foam -sprayed closed cell foam on air conditioning ducting that was in the attic. They also found and repaired a section of ducting that had torn and was letting conditioned air out of a gaping hole. -sprayed cellulose over the entirety of the attic floor to meet current standards The upstairs temperatures now hold steady at whatever we set the thermostat to, and we’ve seen a change in our electric bill. It was a thorough, multifaceted approach that has been extremely effective and worth every penny. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Comfenergy!

our second floor during the summer was pretty much an oven. Comfenergy came in, did a great comprehensive check up of our place, and then give us a plan to move forward to fix the issue. There is no pressure, everything was really explained well and easy to understand. We went forward with the work, and now it’s like we have a totally different house. The upstairs is so much cooler and comfortable. And I know we’re gonna see some savings as well in our energy bill. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Carl was great.

Melvin and his phenomenal team air-sealed and insulated my entire attic assembly - including R60 on both flat and sloped surfaces. The team also encapsulated the duct system and applied a radiant barrier. I am already noticing considerable changes in ambient temperature and air circulation on the top floor, as well as in certain rooms. I also want to thank Jason for the thorough review and discussion of options and for describing the costs and benefits of each solution. I learned a lot in the process. I look forward to further improvements with this team. Thanks again.
