⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with LRE Foundation Repair from start to finish. The process began with a thorough assessment from Shane Goforth, who clearly explained the issues with our crawl space and the recommended solutions. He stayed in communication throughout and ensured everything moved forward smoothly. Our home had a crawl space that was in rough shape. Insulation was falling down, moisture was present, and the space underneath the house was dirty and poorly protected. LRE came in and completely transformed it with a full encapsulation, structural support improvements, and installation of a dehumidifier and sump system. The difference is night and day. During execution, Frank (the crew lead) and his team were superb. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail stood out from day one. The transformation speaks for itself. What started as a dirty, neglected crawl space is now a fully encapsulated, clean, and properly supported space under the house. What impressed me most was the follow-through. When we had a minor issue after installation, Frank and the team returned the very next day to resolve it. They even coordinated with an electrician to make an adjustment so the dehumidifier and sump system would operate more efficiently. LRE clearly takes pride in their work and stands behind it. The project also includes a five-year service plan to ensure everything continues operating as intended. From Shane’s initial consultation to Frank and the crew’s outstanding execution and follow-up, this was a superb experience. OUTSTANDING WORK -- Professional, Precise and Perfect! Recently hired LRE to tackle a tricky drainage issue at my home and the crew of Rick, Wilving, Antonio and Mike absolutely exceeded every expectation. They removed the old setup, and tied in a sump pump drain that now empties cleanly into my driveway -- all without breaking or even cracking a single paver from my pool deck. That alone is Impressive! The crew was incredibly skilled and careful. Thank you for the excellent work!

We had an excellent experience with LRE Foundation from start to finish. They were incredibly prompt in getting our appointment scheduled, which made the whole process feel easy right from the beginning. Phil came out to assess everything, and he was beyond amazing. He didn’t just point things out—he took the time to show us exactly what he was seeing and explain it in a way that made sense. That level of transparency and care really stood out. He also communicated with us throughout the entire process, which we truly appreciated. We ended up electing to go with encapsulation and smart jacks to add additional support. The crew that came out to complete the work was just as impressive. They kept us informed on their arrival time and provided updates throughout the day, so we always knew what was happening. Overall, the professionalism, communication, and quality of service were top-notch. I cannot recommend LRE Foundation enough for any foundation or crawl space repair needs!

Both of the workers were informative as we discussed the amount of work as it progressed. Together we discussed when to stop injecting the foam as the pool deck slowly came up. The clean up was small and complete As we discussed other options I decided that some other work that was previously discussed was unnecessary LRE actually changed the final price. My thanks to all who made my project go efficiently
