“Pinnacle was the only foundation company that came out with their own geologist to give us a quote. They knew, before they arrived, how far down the bedrock was and the type of soils that were below. The piers were placed all the way down to the bedrock. We also felt their piers were more substantial than their competitors. Our home had a 4” drop on one end. They were able to lift the house the entire distance without any issues. We had to place piers inside and outside our home. They were fast, efficient and left our home clean. We highly recommend Pinnacle. We were able to refer them to our neighbor who used them as well and was very pleased.”

“This company did a great job from what I could tell. Unfortunately, living in text, foundation work is never finished but it is what it is. They never did send the engineer for the follow up visit though, at least not that we knew of. They did their work very quickly and efficiently, though they did destroy all of my garden beds even though I had asked them to go around a few of the larger plants, which they said they would then quickly ignored.”

“The people were professional and responsive and very personable. However, I do not think they provided an adequate scope of the damage that would result from a quick levelling of a foundation that had taken years to slowly shift. Yes, they said to expect damage, but my home has suffered damage that will cost me more to repair than the actual lift itself. Some things happened here that their lift supervisor had never see before; even my asphalt roofing shingles buckled. This is what I would tell a friend who is considering a foundation repair.”

“I don't have a problem with the foundation work itself. After they completed the job, I had concerns to address and over the phone they said it'd be no problem, they'd send someone, but they never came. Then they were going to send someone else, maybe an independent company. He said everything was fine and asked if I'd give him a five-star review online. I feel that my concerns were never addressed, and he was more worried about the five-star review than my concerns.”
“Everyone was courteous and the clean up was surprisingly thorough. While we have no way of actually evaluating the underground repairs, everything we were able to observe was done professionally and in a timely manner. Sewer line problem, NOT related to the foundation repair work, but unknown to us, were discovered in our final inspection. We requested that a Pinnacle employee return to our house to mark the location of every pier prior to beginning the plumbing excavation. They were agreeable and prompt in doing so.”
