I was not satisfied with the service I received. I'm reading great reviews at this website, makes me wonder if the company that I dealt with was actually Groundworks. Their workers had to come back three times to do what was asked. I have pier beams and what was drafted and explained to me on the contract was not completely what was done to my house. I settled and paid this company out of frustration. I have provided pictures of their work. The representative went under the house personally and the first time he said that the work was not done correctly and will have the workers correct the problem. The second time he had a supervisor come out with a worker and the replaced a few screws and reported that everything was good. The third time the representative came out and went under house and again said everything looked good. The floor was still not leveled. I had to hire someone to go under the house and take pictures because at this time I could not trust them. These are just a few pictures. Leftover wood and debree, screws sticking out not screwed into the wood. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my crawl space encapsulated by Groundworks, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. My salesman, Andy, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what my home needed. His expertise and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Groundworks also coordinated a subcontractor to replace the floor under my shower, and they did an excellent job. The repair was done right, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The encapsulation crew, led by Alex, was equally impressive. They communicated with me throughout the process, worked extremely hard, and paid attention to every detail. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. Overall, I’m very happy with the work Groundworks did. My crawl space looks amazing, and the entire team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Groundworks to anyone considering crawl space repairs or encapsulation.

I noticed more cracks after I had major underground plumbing done last year. So I made an online appt for Groundworks to do a free estimate of my foundation. Gary Adams came out. He explained Groundworks history and did a thorough in-house and perimeter inspection. Later he sat down with my senior mom and I and to explain every measurement in detail with a diagram of my home and he showed a few videos and explained the payment options. Gary was very personable and patient with both us in all our questions to make sure we understood. Before the foundation repair work was done, Groundworks worked with a local Plumber to do a pre test on my plumbing. The installation team of LJ, Lee, Nike and Jalen worked well together. Before the work was done, LJ explained the digging process and allowed my mom and I to ask questions before and during the process. Unfortunately, my main water line was hit but Groundworks, specifically, Clem, helped us through the process of getting our water back on and a place to stay while it was being fixed. Everyone was sincerely apologetic. Despite the hiccup, Groundworks did a great job. The employees I talked to were helpful & responsive. Even my inquisitive neighbor was impressed with their work. Now I'm just waiting on the post plumbing test to make my contract complete.

OUTSTANDING JOB, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Aaron Hudson and Dray Fields, were the crew working our home project and they did an excellent job! We couldn’t be happier with the work and to finally get our concrete front porch insulated with foam underneath to protect from the little critter who had dug it over the past couple of years. They were prompt, professional, highly skilled, and knowledgeable about the entire process. They both paid close attention to detail, and worked at a smooth/quick pace. They obviously had a system they employed and diligently worked through the process greatly to our total satisfaction. Despite us having some scheduling setbacks early on, Aaron made contact, and helped us get rescheduled and planned for a time that worked best for us. He was very thorough in explaining the process for our specific project, which also gave us the opportunity to send him photos of some areas that needed special attention and some concrete repair. That exchange can always help to ensure they are fully prepared with a gameplan ready once they show on the scheduled date. I was grateful to have had such a top notch crew as theirs that could arrive at our agreed upon time, fully prepared to work smoothly and confidently as a team to project completion. I’d put either one of these two up against the vast majority of workers I come across these days, fully deserving of any promotion they may be considered for. Our sincere gratitude to Aaron, Dray, and the Groundworks team for working with us, managing the details, and the. knocking it out- protecting our foundation from any further damage and erosion! Thank you all!

Sheldon, Angel, Zero, Aaron and Ethan knocked it out of the park. Home leveled out nicely and now my doors shuts properly. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone needing foundation work. Thanks again Groundworks for everything!
