⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommend Dura Pier! James Rudel, the structural analyst who came first, was professional, knowledgeable, and presented the facts without pressure. Unlike some of the other companies, there were no daily follow-up calls and messages trying to push a decision. After four total companies came out to discuss my house, I felt James was the right choice for fair price, durability of product (metal bolts reinforcement), warranty transferable at no extra charge, and in house financing. Today, after two full days of hard work, and 7 pilings to stabilize my house. Johny Cardona and his hardworking team left my yard exactly as it was before, even double-checking the pictures they took before they started. On the first day, they took care of the two pilings accessed through my neighbor’s yard and made sure everything was left in place and clean. That was a great relief and I’m so grateful. Overall, a 10 out of 10 in every single area of their work. Solid team work ethic from beginning to end. Thanks to Doris and Brenda for rolling out the paperwork and dealing with my senior citizen slips in such a gracious manner. Job well done!

I recently had foundation repair done by Dura Pier in Houston and had 14 exterior piers installed along the front and both sides of my home. The crew arrived on time at 8:00 AM on March 5, 2026 and worked until about 6:00 PM, returning the next day to finish around 3:00 PM. The project was completed on schedule. Communication throughout the process was very good. We originally met with our account executive, James Ruedel, in November 2025 for the consultation. At the time, we told him we would not be ready to move forward until after the Christmas holidays. One thing I appreciated was that neither James nor anyone from Dura Pier constantly called or pressured us afterward. There were no sales calls or scare tactics. When we were ready, we reached back out to James ourselves, which honestly was a refreshing change from a lot of companies these days. When the work started, the foreman took time to explain what the crew would be doing before work began. The crew was professional, respectful, and organized throughout the project. There was always a foreman on site supervising the work, and the job site stayed surprisingly clean considering the amount of excavation involved. Before finishing the project, they adjusted all of the doors in my home, including the front and back doors. They even fixed my back door so it finally closes properly; something it has not done since the house was built. They also did a great job restoring the areas where they had to cut through concrete in my garage and driveway. The concrete work turned out very well. About two weeks after the repair, some of the backfill dirt settled and washed away after rain. The foreman had already told me that could happen and said to call if I needed more dirt brought out. I called Dura Pier, they scheduled a crew, came back out, refilled the areas, and I did not even have to be home. Since then, I have not had any additional issues. It has now been almost three months since the repair and everything has held up very well. Existing cracks closed up on their own, no new cracks have appeared, and all doors are functioning properly. Pricing felt fair compared to other foundation repair companies we looked into in Houston. One thing that stood out to me during my research was the pier system itself. Dura Pier uses an interlocking pier system called Dura Lock® that is designed for Texas soil conditions. After comparing systems used by other companies, that was one of the main reasons I decided to go with them. I also appreciated that they offer financing options, including 0% interest plans, and their lifetime transferable warranty gave me additional peace of mind. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dura Pier and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair in Houston.

I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL! I have been getting quotes and trying to have my house leveled (block & base) since October 2025. I have had MANY companies come out and give quotes and gone back and forward on who to choose. I ultimately choose to go with Dura Pier a couple month ago due to them being a established company for many years.. I would suggest READ THE REVIEWS! After hiring them to come out and level my entire home, they hired a 3rd party company to come out and do the repairs. The contractor ADMITTED to miss informing his team to do the WRONG job (only level kitchen and ensure 2 of 3 doors close) AFTER they completed the job in less 2 hours.. my house is now in WORSE condition than it was BEFORE dura pier was hired. They lifted ONE area of my house and FAST causing sever damage to that area. My walls don’t have typical foundation cracks but have complete shifts under one another. My floors where they raised too high to fast are completely buckling and coming up. They did ABSOLUTELY nothing to repairs or replace their damages. They simply canceled payment for doing the wrong job and left. I am heart broken. I live in a historic home that turns 96 years old this year. After speaking and getting more quotes we have learned a lot. This company should be ashamed and honestly sued for their negligence. Several other contractors have said dura pier DOES NOT service my kind of foundation typically only slab. Wonderful. Ps. The company we are now choosing to go with after taking time to teach and ensure every step of the way we are in agreement and help us on the cost is HTX Foundation Repair. Great small owners that take care of their customers.

This company should be applauded for its wonderful employees, standards of professionalism, highest quality of work and attention to details that will please any homeowner or business. We searched for an ethical, responsible and respected foundation repair service and after being visited by 6 such companies with long histories, legendary services reviews and celebrity endorsements; we were most comfortable with our selection of Dura Pier Foundation. Justin gave us a thorough assessment and explanation of what was needed. His knowledge, honesty and sincerity was a immediate comfort to us after our visitation by the other 5 repair companies. The estimate was quite fair and had value and warranty (lifetime and transferable) to offer that the others did not. But the truth is in the pudding as it it said and Jonny Cardoza and his crew delivered on everything was promised by the company, its literature and salespeople. Puntual daily arrival, clear and open communication on planned/efficient working details, protection of property and daily cleanup were the attention to details I spoke of earlier. We will gladly refer others to this company and will gladly show off the work that was performed.

He took the time to walk us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality really stood out.
