The process was simple and easy. From the initial home inspection to the final inspection by our County. They made sure we got the right solution for our home. Without making us feel pressured, they were informative and extremely polite. And while doing the work, they hung up our ductwork that was on the ground. I would recommend them for any crawlspace issues someone might have.

I had a great experience with my team from DryPro - Mang, Tyler, and Alexander. From the start, they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work on my crawlspace. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently and was completed in a little over two days. Throughout the project, the team kept me informed about what they were seeing and doing. One of the technicians in particular was very helpful and took the time to point out things he noticed along the way and explain my service plan in detail, which I really appreciated. Overall, all three members of the team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend DryPro.

We are exceedingly satisfied with the Service Technicians, starting with the Forman, Trevor, for how he recognizes his crew. The Crew Technicians Carlos, Zeke, and Kevin. They were professional and hard-working! They went well above and beyond our expectations. I also have to give Christopher, Specialist, professional in explaining the whole contract.We would like Dry Pro Company ,to know the excellence they have in this crew the Honesty above all!

Brook, Blake, Jacob, and Kyriee did an outstanding job in repairing my basement foundation. The customer service and communication is lightyears ahead of the competition and as a construction Project Manager, I'd trust this crew to handle any basement/crawlspace project in the future. Phillip and Randy were exceptional. Everything about my experience with DryPro was exceptional - from the initial inspection with Alex, to the scheduling, to requesting a change-order, to the excavation, pier installation, to clean-up - everything was done exactly as promised. The guys were extremely professional, friendly, respectful, and took great care to protect my plants, new exterior paint, new fencing,. They went above and beyond (working late, showing up on a Saturday over a holiday weekend) to complete my foundation repair. I have worked with dozens of trades here in Charlotte, and this crew were top-notch. Would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
