I had a great experience with NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair! From Evan coming out to provide my free in-depth estimate with several options to choose from, all the way to Mark and his crew coming out to complete the job. My job included installing a sump pump, trench drain, and a drainage pipe out to my side yard. NV Waterproofing was communicative, very nice, and helpful throughout the whole process. Mark and his crew arrived on time, they kept me informed with everything happening, and the job was completed within the estimated time frame (2 days). The job site was left even cleaner than when they started and the side yard where they dug for the drainage pipe looks like no one was ever there! Upon the completion of the job, Mark walked me through everything that was done and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair for anyone looking to waterproof their basement!

We had our crawl space Sill Plate replaced (pictures attached before and after), and the entire experience was outstanding. We did our homework and price‑compared with Groundworks, JES, Maryland Waterproofing, AAA Waterproofing. Not only did NV price‑match, but NV Water also delivered excellent local workmanship that gave us real confidence. NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair has been local since 1986, and their long-standing reputation really shows in the quality of their work and the way they stand behind it. To start, our sales representative, Mr. Jaime Baires, was incredibly responsive, clear in his communication, and consistently followed through. Even our the project didn’t pass county inspection on the first attempt—something that can happen with structural work—Jaime made sure everything was addressed quickly and correctly so we could pass without any issues. His professionalism made a huge difference. The crew—Mr. Janore, Miguel Perez, and Edwardo Diaz—did a thorough and careful job, and their workmanship was excellent. The Manager Cristian also worked closely with Jaime to quickly secure the required engineer drawings and ensure the corrections were done properly. Since the anchor bolts could not be re‑bolted, they added Simpson H8 hurricane straps and masonry screws to meet code and fully resolve the issue. Their ability to adapt and fix the problem the right way was impressive. Cristian also issued a refund for wood that wasn’t needed, which we truly appreciated. From start to finish, the NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair team was reliable, skilled, and committed to doing things the right way. Highly recommend their services.

Thank you for your service! Alfredo and his team were patient to answer all our questions and diligent to keep coming out until everything was completed. Any concern we had was taken seriously and addressed by both the office and onsite team. We hope we have any years of stability in our future. The grass has grown back very quickly after the work was completed and they were very kind to fill all the cracks as well.

I highly recommend NV Waterproofing. I had a great experience from the initial foundation evaluation through the final solution. Their team was able to identify weak points early and prevent further damage. Special thanks to Oscar for his detailed inspection and thoughtful recommendations. A big shout-out as well to the crew Ever, Luis, and David who worked on this project from start to finish. Their expertise truly shows in the quality of their work. Communication was excellent, and the project was completed within a solid and reliable timeframe. Overall, a professional team and a great experience.

Had a really great experience with NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair from the initial walk-through with Jaime to determine scope of work all the way through the actual work done by the foreman Alex and his team Denis, Tio, and Josue. I had been having issues with cracks in the stairwell of my 1914 rowhouse and while I understand some settlement is normal wanted to get them checked out. I also have a very narrow crawlspace under the house that to date most contractors had said no to doing any sort of waterproofing or insulation work. Enter NV Waterproofing. Jaime did a very thorough walk/crawl under my house and measured to show me just how much and where the house was settling. As suspected due to the cracking, the house was sagging where the previous owner had done some work and not properly supported it structurally. So NV added a new beam and two columns under the house to correct about 1/4” of settlement in the middle of the house. The cracks virtually disappeared when the new posts and beam were installed. They also installed a new drainage mat, exterior wall insulation, sealed all the holes, and encapsulated the crawl space. Jaime was great working with me on phasing and scheduling the work. Alex and his team who were onsite were the most professional set of contractors I’ve had in a long time. Everyone introduced themselves by name, were very polite, and Alex made sure I understood what was being done and when. All of my questions were answered in real time and if needed, a quick phone call to Jaime finalized things. They are very responsive and do quality work. Since the crawl space is so narrow (13” from dirt to underside of joist) I asked for pictures of the various stages of work and was very impressed with the result. Can’t recommend this company and crew enough.
