58 Foundations did a great job for my basement. The french drain was very well made, and they installed a high quality sump pump, also installed new pipes from my gutter down spouts to keep water away from the house. Hila GT, Juan D, and Fer RB did a great job and everything was neat and clean when the job was finished. There wasn’t even a lot of dust in the basement because they put plastic sheeting around all my stuff and that kept the dust out. I highly recommend 58 Foundations.

We hired 58 foundations last year. And for different reasons had to keep postponing, they were extremely accommodating with no backlash. We were able to get the job done last week. And I can't rave enough about the 5 star team of Forman Jose, Forman Roger, Laborman Juan, Laborman Gustav! They were very clear about each step of the process, they were extremely efficient and very clean. They finished in 2 1/2 days as expected. It it rained a few days ago, very heavy and overnight. The basement was completely utterly dry, and the pumps working as expected. We highly recommend them for your basement work!

What a phenomenal team of workers representing 58 Foundations and Waterproofing. This was not a small undertaking; but included my entire crawl space in every aspect, as well as exterior water drain and a new cement pad for my storage shed. Hard workers showing expertise always with a smile, while Wilson always on point providing updates and answering questions. I can not say enough to express my gratitude for a job well done. Brian and his team did a terrific job on our house. We have a small addition (bump-out) on the side of the house that needed to be raised.In order to make it stable. The team came up with an elegant and simple approach that did exactly what was needed. The inside is no longer drafty in that area and the outside no longer has any cracks. We also needed water diverted away from the house because there had been a leak leading to basement flooding. The team dug under foundation plantings, under a concrete walkway, and the lawn, leading out to a point in the front yard. The water now empties onto the lawn. Since the water is diverted away from the house, the flooding problem is solved. You can barely see that any work was done and you can only tell if you know exactly what was done. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely consider them for future work as needed.

I am a 100% satisfied customer of '58 Foundations! My floors were sloping in all kinds of directions, so I called '58 Foundations and began the process. A knowledgeable salesman came to my home, examined my crawl space, and determined what needed to be repaired: sistering of joists, adding metal beams, raising the drooping joists, creating a new sill plate, etc. were some of the items in my estimate. Within a short time, I received a phone call to schedule the work. The work crew was respectful, prompt, professional, and overall a pleasure with which to work. They showed up on time, communicated with me, and then immediately began working. Because the work was extensive, the crew took a total of three days. I am amazed at how much work they were able to do in such a short time span! While interacting with the foreman, it immediately became evident to me that he and his crew are experts in their field. Communication was clear and concise, and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I was able to either visually see the work done or I was shown photographs of the completed work. I am thrilled with the work '58 Foundations did for me. There was a minor problem with the money owed, but the corporate office quickly addressed my concern and the problem was alleviated to my complete satisfaction. Should you, a loved one, or a friend need foundation work, please do not hesitate to call '58 Foundations. I can fully assure you their expertise is top-notch and you will be thrilled with all aspects of the work they will complete for you.
