The foundation work done was exceptional and we are very pleased. Phillip and Tony took care of the poly injection. They were very professional and kind. Definitely knew what they were doing and got it done quickly. Marlon and Cedric took care of everything under the house which included structural beams. I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. They showed that they truly cared about not only the quality of their work but they honestly cared about their customers needs. For a 5 out of 5 rating, I give them a 10+. The guys that took care of the helical piers installation worked incredibly hard especially given the tremendous amount of oak tree roots they had to dig by hand. I was very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Everyone that worked at our house was amazing. I would recommend Ox Foundation 100 x over!! Thank you so much for caring and doing an outstanding job!!

I am pretty upset with Ox right now. I had originally written a very high review of their company. Our crawlspace was moldy and had a major water problem. They were paid to spray the mold, do a drainage system/sump pump, and full encapsulation. We thought they did an awesome job and we were originally very happy with the work. Now our HVAC guys are under the house replacing all of our ducting. They sent me a picture of a large area that never got encapsulated and I honestly don’t even know that the drainage system was put over there where it was supposed to be. We have to go under there and verify that ourselves. Ox is supposed to come fix the issue at some point but I feel like we have been lied to and scammed. We have been so sick from all the mold. So much so that we were willing to pay $20K to have it fixed. And this is what we got. Bare ground, they didn’t even attempt to put down the barrier, much less finish the encap. Take my warning, if you choose Ox you better check every single detail of the job before you sign off on it.

On time, introduce themselves and got to work. Employees were Jeremiah, Isidro, and Xavier. Jeremiah was excellent at answering questions. I had plenty because my boyfriend couldn’t be here and he is an architect. The three of them worked well together and with me! I would highly recommend Ox Foundation Specialist!

My name is Scott Wilson I've been told that there is new owners Ox. Not sure where all the reviews came from old owner or new owner??? But I have evidently dealt with both. This has been a nightmare, this job has been going on For over a year. That's right folks over a year. Ox has been to my house seven times and they still have not got it right. Here's the photos seeing is believing. And get this, after the first two tries of trying to get it correct ox sent out their top poly Guy, And I was told that ox should have put in support piers to start with and should have never had Polly in the first place. The first technicians flushed 2 thick blue paper towels with poly down my commode and stopped it up. I got that fixed and now I have found out that they have pumped Polly into my septic line and my commode again will still not flush. This is a huge problem and a huge inconvenience. Now the concrete has to be cut out, The pipe fixed and then repore the concrete. This is going to be a huge expense for me. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I do not have the money to be spending on other people's mistakes. They had no problem taking my money. Just the problem of taking care of customer and fixing their mistakes. Good luck, God bless and Do your homework and shop around.

Very conscientious, professional foundation crew who answered my frequent questions and put up with my taking pictures. (My grandson loves construction equipment.) After Xavier‘s crew was finished with putting peers around our two-story section of the house, Philip and Tony drilled and injected a polyethylene material to take care of the void underneath our concrete slab. My garage is more level now than it’s been in years. Thank you.
