Very conscientious, professional foundation crew who answered my frequent questions and put up with my taking pictures. (My grandson loves construction equipment.) After Xavier‘s crew was finished with putting peers around our two-story section of the house, Philip and Tony drilled and injected a polyethylene material to take care of the void underneath our concrete slab. My garage is more level now than it’s been in years. Thank you.

On time, introduce themselves and got to work. Employees were Jeremiah, Isidro, and Xavier. Jeremiah was excellent at answering questions. I had plenty because my boyfriend couldn’t be here and he is an architect. The three of them worked well together and with me! I would highly recommend Ox Foundation Specialist!

We had a fantastic experience with Ox Foundation from start to finish. Chuck in sales was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free—no pressure, just clear explanations and solid recommendations. The installation team—Cooper, Dalton, and Benito—were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They installed our basement drainage system and sump pump with great attention to detail, kept everything clean, and made sure we understood how everything works before they left. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and hardworking. We feel so much better knowing our basement is protected now. Highly recommend Ox Foundation to anyone needing this kind of work done!

After finding moisture while replacing our flooring, our contractor recommended us to have an assessment done on our foundation to rule out any incoming water issues. Chris Peabody at OX was able to come out the next morning. He was honest, thorough, and very personable. He walked us through his findings and explained in great detail what he was looking for…and in this case, what he didn’t find. Though our issue was determined to NOT be foundation or slab related, the assessment and customer service was top quality. Thank you, Chris!

Don’t waste your time anywhere else! When we built our house we had it encapsulated by another company, it deteriorated very quickly and after 5 years we had rodent issues and a lot of standing water in the crawl space which was causing humidity issues in the home. Our original encapsulation was a thin plastic thrown on the ground. Ox came out and took their time to detail what needed to be done and offered to fix it partially or completely, whatever we felt most comfortable doing. We chose to completely replace the encapsulation and it is not even comparable to what was done prior. Marlon, Cedric and Tank worked on our home they took so much time and care to make sure it was done properly. The original estimate was 3 days, but they took 5 full days to ensure everything was done perfectly and completely. They took time to explain to me all that was done and will come back and repair any issue we have, even as small as changing the battery on the humidity reader. Our crawl space is so clean and tidy now, the amount of work done is so comforting that we will never have issues again. We are so thankful for what this crew and this company have done for our home!
