We obtained multiple quotes and met with several encapsulation companies. Each company included unnecessary items in their estimates — except Ox. After having a very difficult experience with a termite company that attempted to address only the surface of a much larger issue, we decided to pursue the encapsulation process. In today’s economy, integrity matters, and Ox demonstrated professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. Their team communicated clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left our property in better condition than when they arrived. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.
