Beautiful new floors. But beware- their internal accounting department is disorganized and they are trying to get 100% payment up front- read your contract! I had to push back bc 100% up front is unheard of in this industry. Red flag!🚩 Then they run your credit card on file for the final payment without even asking? Why do you assume that’s the payment method I even wanted to use ?! And the salesman gave me an insane price- basically double of what it should have been, until i negotiated. The sales guy was asking way too many personal questions. I think he was digging to see what kind of price he could pull off. But my review is for the amazing crew who did a top notch job. The house looks elevated. I love how they took care of everything from moving furniture to new baseboards. They worked hard and know what they are doing. Just be careful- negotiate, ask about payment up front, and be careful if they take your credit card.

We highly recommend Express Flooring! We had new carpet installed in our master bedroom and living room. The price fit our budget. The carpet is beautiful, the quality is wonderful and the installers were great! James and Darnell were very respectful and sure knew what they were doing! We will go to Express Flooring for all of our flooring needs!

Evubici Acuna and his brother did an amazing job laying wood flooring throughout my 4 bedroom home. Them showed up on time and worked late in the day everyday until the job was done. They not only moved all the furniture both ways but went out of their way to help move my personal belongings. Would use they again in the future!!!!

I highly recommend Express Flooring. I called for an estimate and two days later an excellent design consultant, Alex A, was at my house with samples and great recommendations. He made the purchase so easy. Just a couple of days later, James and Darnell arrived at my house for the install. They were careful, courteous, speedy and amazing. They were great in moving my furniture in and out of the 3 bedrooms too. They finished in one day, and cleaned up very well. What an awesome experience through and through. And the warranty is amazing as well. Wow!

Very disappointed in the carpet install. The edges are frayed. There are gaps between the carpet and the wall. They do not work one room at a time. They move everything from all the rooms at once, so you can't walk through the house for the whole 5 hours they are here. They asked me to put my cats in a cage... I dont have a cage for them, this is not a zoo. I was going to move the cats from room to room as they worked, but couldn't do that because they don't work one room at a time. They told me to put them in the bathroom, and then they opened the door and let them out while the front door was opened. I would have been better off with a HomeDepot install and saved so much money. Never again.
