I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience! Literally from the phone call I made to set up the consultation to install. The man who took my call was so friendly and confident that we would love the work and he wasn’t wrong. We had Janeth as our specialist and she is such a gem!! I just loved her!! She helped us pick the floor that best matched what we had already. She wasn’t pushy or tried to rush. She was awesome!! We had this consult in December and put down the deposit and then scheduled our install for March to give us a little time to put money away (we’re also saving for our wedding). They were happy to lock in the price and keep it the same even for those months. Our install day finally came! Janeth told us that the installers would remove all our furniture and put it back but I didn’t feel right having them do that plus the time it would take. So we had everything out of the room before they got there and had the lower half of the closet emptied. They removed the baseboards and carpet. Took it all with them. My closets had been redone on the carpet so I went to Home Depot and grabbed some edging and they installed that. They also installed the baseboards around the doorframe that wasn’t done. So many things got done for us!! The guys were phenomenal and worked hard and fast. I was a little nervous since some of the reviews showed gaps between the floors and baseboards. Didn’t have that here. I literally can’t say enough how happy I am with this job!! Huge thank you!!!!!

With my grandson starting to crawl we needed new floors fast. We had an in home estimate within 48 hours and they installed the floor 7 days later! The crew was amazing and made the process so easy! With an 86 year old and an almost 1 year old in the house that was no easy task, but they handled it perfectly! The floors are absolutely gorgeous and a breeze to keep clean! Thank you so much for the most positive home improvement experience I’ve had in ages! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change or upgrade their flooring!

Right now I’m taking a look at my floors. I’m happy. I’m extremely happy. I’m more than happy and I think that they did a good job. I think that you know I was concerned about some things, but all of my concerns have gone. The work is great and I’ll give them five stars 100% all three of my rooms. I don’t see any defects. They took the molding from around the wall they put the molding back. Yeah I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone even the detail on the floors where it needed to be cut on angles good job.

We had the very best experience with Express Flooring. The sales team was very knowledgeable and very thorough. The installation team was amazing. They had to demo 2 sets of flooring - laminate was placed over compressed hardwood (that was still wet) they didn’t change the price which was amazing. From start to finish Rafael kept me in the loop with everything he and his team were doing. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. The manager Travis checked in with me daily to make sure my expectations were met. Now that the floors are complete my husband and I are very pleased we will definitely use Express Flooring when we redo the upstairs

Rosando and his crew did great work installing the tiles. They were quick, and professional. Julia Miller was our sales person and amazing in including me and my husband to details and our decision of choosing the company to professionally install our investment tile flooring.
