We have worked with UDC in the past and were so pleased with their installation and services. We just recently ordered all our tile for our bathroom remodel from them. They helped me coordinate the tiles and I absolutely love what we picked! Everyone at the store is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Communication is always timely. They are a lovely family run business and I highly recommend them for any flooring needs! They will not disappoint!

We have used UDC many times, and have been very pleased each time. Tara , in the office, is a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. All of the workman are very skilled, courteous and work in a timely manner. If we have ever had any issue, they come quickly to rectify any problem. I highly recommend them.

No doubts! Ultimate Design Center is the way to go! 100% satisfied of their services and totally recommend ! They did all my hardwood flooring as well as my countertop kitchen, backsplash, kitchen electricity, wood lanai ceiling and painting. Family business very respectful and professional who are attentive to your needs. They never hesitate to do the extra miles to meet your satisfaction. They even respected the schedule and work with a professional crew that are agreeable to work with! Had a complete good experience starting right at the beginning at their store until the end of the project. We are picky and they never put pressure on us and always took the time to answer all of our questions ! Thank you Tara, Loran, Jae and their crews as well as a special thank to their collaborative designer Kimberley Doucet that did an amazing job as well!!!

I chose this business because it was recommended by Sarasota County as a professional and reliable company. I was not disappointed! I had a fairly large project, replacing nearly 900 square feet of 18-year-old carpet with engineered wood flooring, which included living room, dining area, master bedroom, hallway and two large walk-in closets. I had ample assistance from staff in choosing a style and color, and they also provided a recommendation for a professional design consultant who helped me tremendously in choosing the right style, color, and design for my home. I was provided a thorough estimate which explained all the costs involved. The installers, Loran and Ryan, completed the entire job in just two days, and I can't say enough about the professionalism, abilities, and talent of these two installers. Everything was done top notch, and when the job was completed, the transformation of my home from old carpet to engineered wood flooring was nothing less than stellar! I highly recommend this company for your flooring project.
