Alejandro and Brian were always on time to my home to work and they explained to me that the concrete had to be near perfect and work hard to level the base to ensure that the end Product was what we wanted. They worked very hard to complete the project without waste. Overall the quality of workmanship is beyond what we expected. Very hard working crew. I would highly recommend Alejandro and Brian for your flooring needs. I will be doing the rest of the house and I will be asking for the same guys to install the rest of the flooring.

The guys did a great job installing our floors. They were knowledgeable, neat & answered all of our questions. With Express they also offer an incentive of a cruise or condo vacation voucher after installation is completed. They did wait till we were ready & we started the process a yr prior because we had other projects going on. They did keep us informed as it got closer to installation. Its a good company to deal with better than their competitors who we used at one time for a small project for that reason we always recommend Express Flooring hands down 100%. Thank you Express we are very happy. They did baseboard throughout & everything turned out beautifully. They moved furniture & was careful from.beginning to end. Ty Express Flooring

We hated our previous floors for seven years! So when the sales guy (Bryan) came out and gave us a quote and an offer we couldn’t refuse, I was THRILLED to update our floors!! Alejandro and Brian came in and were the most efficient workers ever!! We hired them to do the floor removal, and floor prep and they did WAYYYYY better than we ever would have done on our own! Express Flooring gave us $2000 worth of free coverage to repair any cracks in the concrete, and they poured more to level things out! Alejandro and Brian worked hard, got the old floors out, did all the floor prep, and got our new flooring + baseboards in only 3.5 days!!! It’s safe to say we are OBSESSED!! And we will definitely be hiring them to do the upstairs when the time comes!!! THANK YOU express flooring!!!

We had just bought a new house in December and were looking to replace the carpet since it was an existing home. We ended up contacting this company because they had a holiday sale and with the holidays coming up and us having just purchased a home we were hoping to save some money. The sales rep came out and promised us a 45 year warranty and that the carpet could be installed in 1 day because as he said “That’s why they call us express flooring!” with a big smile. We had a tight schedule due to having to move in furniture before leaving for the holidays and then having other family coming in after our return. On the install day they ended up not arriving until halfway through the day (hours after our appointed time) only had one guy, and didn’t finish on that day. They said they would be back first thing the next day and so we adjusted our schedule again. Come the next day, no show until hours after our appointment time again! As we were calling to find out where they were the schedulers had no idea and said that they used a separate company to install. So Express Flooring I guess doesn’t even install the carpet! I then had to use emergency PTO because my wife worked and they needed someone there when they finally showed up. We had to push back our movers and he didn’t finish until 10:30pm because we had to beg him to stay and tipped since we were flying out and had to get everything moved in before then. He finished and the guy did a good job other than a couple pieces of carpet shoved into corners but a huge mess was left behind inside and out side which we had to spend a couple of hours cleaning the next day. The representative told us that they were sorry and that we qualified for a discount for the inconveniences, but the rep. Said their manager would reach out. It’s been 3 months almost, no manager has reached out, and they won’t take our calls. Terrible experience.
