We had been going back and forth on replacing our carpet for a few years. It was stained and original to the house and really gross. Then in 2025 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and we knew we had to rip all our flooring out. We contacted express flooring and 2 days later Brian came out and show us examples of flooring. His customer service was excellent and walked us through the process. They were able to have a demo team come out Saturday and Sunday to rip out all our downstairs tile (what a hard job!!) and started on the upstairs loft demo and installation. The flooring team made it easy to move things room to room as they finished main areas first so we could then empty bedrooms and such. We did move all personal items but they moved larger items themselves. They were very professional and arrived on time and communicated well. We appreciate the quick turn around (about a week) to replace all flooring in our home and baseboards. Thank you express flooring for not only beautiful floor but helping me feel safer in my home while I battle cancer

Bob G. Came out for an estimate, and pushed us to work with this company. We were in a tight space because we JUST got the keys to our first home. It was Friday and the work needed to be done by Sunday, to move in Monday. We kept putting emphasis that we need the work done before we move furniture because the type of bed we have. Once it’s out together we can not just move it around. It’s a platform bed, so if it needed to be moved, it will need to be taken apart. Not only did he promise is that work can be done, he promised lifetime warranty. THE ONLY READON we went with this company. The job was rushed.. and the workers were not only late, that even the manager called me to apologize. They also had no materials! (Which was the workers excuse as to why they were late). Which I’m confused, because they said they went to buy more materials. I had to apply for a seriously high interest credit card to pay monthly for this flooring. Not even in one week, my caulking disappeared, and there’s huge gaps between the flooring and baseboards! I called, made a claim, and STILL have yet had someone to call me back and do the inspection. It’s been 2 months! I called Thursday 1/15/2026, I was told I was suppose to get a call Friday 1/16/2026… guess what… NO CALL! Why promise LIFE TIME WARRANTY, WHY RUSH THE JOB!? I’m Stuck with high credit card bil! And Sloppy Flooring! I am beyond frustrated.

We had just bought a new house in December and were looking to replace the carpet since it was an existing home. We ended up contacting this company because they had a holiday sale and with the holidays coming up and us having just purchased a home we were hoping to save some money. The sales rep came out and promised us a 45 year warranty and that the carpet could be installed in 1 day because as he said “That’s why they call us express flooring!” with a big smile. We had a tight schedule due to having to move in furniture before leaving for the holidays and then having other family coming in after our return. On the install day they ended up not arriving until halfway through the day (hours after our appointed time) only had one guy, and didn’t finish on that day. They said they would be back first thing the next day and so we adjusted our schedule again. Come the next day, no show until hours after our appointment time again! As we were calling to find out where they were the schedulers had no idea and said that they used a separate company to install. So Express Flooring I guess doesn’t even install the carpet! I then had to use emergency PTO because my wife worked and they needed someone there when they finally showed up. We had to push back our movers and he didn’t finish until 10:30pm because we had to beg him to stay and tipped since we were flying out and had to get everything moved in before then. He finished and the guy did a good job other than a couple pieces of carpet shoved into corners but a huge mess was left behind inside and out side which we had to spend a couple of hours cleaning the next day. The representative told us that they were sorry and that we qualified for a discount for the inconveniences, but the rep. Said their manager would reach out. It’s been 3 months almost, no manager has reached out, and they won’t take our calls. Terrible experience.

We had absolutely horrible floors both in looks and craftsmanship when we bought this house, and express flooring fixed that in 8 days! They changed the entire home with the exception of two bedrooms and a walk in closet into high quality tile. It looks amazing, the guys (Evenicio, Emilio (Give this man a raise, I’ve never seen a harder worker, plus he dealt with me every day which is a lot!) Jose, and Enrique) worked incredibly hard, and everyone including customer service (Val) was great! I need to redo the carpet in those bedrooms soon and I know who I’m going to be using for sure. I also wanted to give a shout out to Dustin for handling our loan and answering all my questions so quickly and easily. They also had an early year sale going on so the price was quite a bit cheaper than the competition that we also had quote us. We couldn’t be happier!

The installation was amazing and did a very professional job! The floor looks beautiful! They came in and really worked hard. We thought it would be a 4-5 day job and they finished in 3 days! They made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and I highly recommend them if you are looking for any type of flooring! **Edit** The installers did damage my toilet which had to be replaced. I still have not been reimbursed for that. I’ll update once I receive that.
