Suzanne was incredibly helpful—she came to our home with a great selection of samples and took the time to understand our style and needs. Her insight and guidance made choosing the right flooring so much easier, and we really appreciated her honest input. The installation team was prompt, professional, and efficient. The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished product looks amazing—we couldn’t be happier with the result. We couldn’t be more impressed! Our carpet had been ruined from our sick dog, and after several failed attempts to clean it, we realized replacement was the only option. With guests coming for Labor Day, we were in a real bind. We called on a Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend, and Floor Coverings International pulled strings to make the impossible happen. By Saturday night, we had beautiful new carpet installed—and the installation was even better than the original! Their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased carpet through Floor Coverings International, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jazmen, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the perfect style for our home. The installation team, led by Andres, was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. After the install, I noticed one small issue. I reached out to the company, and they had someone out to fix it the very next day—no hassle, no delays. That kind of responsiveness really sets them apart. Great product, great service, and great people. Highly recommend!

As a retired floor layer myself and been in the business for 30 years several knee operations and a replacement I needed my floor replaced I just couldn’t get down and do the work anymore. Douglas County sent a Five Star homeowner referral guide to my house in the mail and Floor Coverings International was in the book I called and talked to Scott McAuliffe the owner and he personally came to my home answered all my questions and brought samples for a luxury vinyl planking, after looking at so many and finally picking one with his help I was VERY confident in using his company! Well the day arrived and his crew of Andrew and Luis started and they did and INCREDIBLE job!! My wife and are so impressed with the outcome their workmanship,timely manner and professionalism plus the material we picked it was amazing!! If you need flooring done please call Scott he will get the job done! Definitely will use again!!!! Ty Scott and your whole team!!

I just had my upstairs carpet replaced by International floor coverings. The communication and support from Jazmin my salesperson, the office staff and installation we are top notch. Best of all we love our new carpet. I would recommend them if you’re considering new carpet.
