With my grandson starting to crawl we needed new floors fast. We had an in home estimate within 48 hours and they installed the floor 7 days later! The crew was amazing and made the process so easy! With an 86 year old and an almost 1 year old in the house that was no easy task, but they handled it perfectly! The floors are absolutely gorgeous and a breeze to keep clean! Thank you so much for the most positive home improvement experience I’ve had in ages! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change or upgrade their flooring!

Right now I’m taking a look at my floors. I’m happy. I’m extremely happy. I’m more than happy and I think that they did a good job. I think that you know I was concerned about some things, but all of my concerns have gone. The work is great and I’ll give them five stars 100% all three of my rooms. I don’t see any defects. They took the molding from around the wall they put the molding back. Yeah I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone even the detail on the floors where it needed to be cut on angles good job.

**Buyers Beware** I fell for the positive reviews. First off, Trey came to our house putting on a great show explaining their company, the flooring stability, professionalism, and the installers are their employees. This is false info, they are hired for 2 year contracts (confirmed by Dallas Manager Julian). We had a scheduled appointment for water proof laminate install Saturday 7/11/26 for 2 rooms. There were two installers that arrived around 9am. One of the installers left right after arriving and did not return until 4pm. Noting, this was a 2 man job (confirmed by Julian). The installer did not remove any baseboards to install flooring which created a 1.5in gap from the wall base. This was covered up by caulk and quarter rounds. We informed them not to do this, and they still proceeded anyways. Transitions were not aligned or glued down properly. Glue stains, breakage, and permanent marker on the new flooring. The installers were cutting corners. Flooring was cut inside with no plastic draping, causing sawdust to get everywhere. Furniture was not moved prior to floor removal. The installer that came back at 4, began arguing with the installer that did all the bad work because he was taking to long. They did not leave until 6pm. We were not able to speak to anyone before them leaving our house Sat about the issues. We messaged Trey for assistance but he was unable to get us in contact with anyone. He told us to call the customer service line for assistance (they are closed on weekends). After constantly calling his phone (which he ignored us). We finally got a call Sunday From Dallas Manager Felisa but we were unable to answer the call because it was during church hours. We called back several times, no answer at all. Monday we called customer service and had to wait 1hr 5 mins on hold for them to get in contact with a manager. That's when we spoke to Julian (he doesn't know what finger molding is but he's a site manager?). Then we had to wait until Felisa called us around 11am. It took talking to Julian for Felisa to call back. Felisa and Julian called us liars and did not believe the severity of issues the installers left behind. We requested new contractors to fix the issues. They reluctantly agreed (they are losing $) and got us scheduled after our contract end date, 7/13. The new installers showed up on Tue 7/14 acknowledging all the mistakes and sent the same photos we sent to Julian and Felisa. The new installers inform them everything needs to be redone. They did not call to inform us of the new plan, so the installers told us after waiting 20 mins. Finally, the work was completed perfectly by Ismael and Bryon (ask for them) after 3 days of complaining, calling their phones REPEATEDLY, demanding a new contracter, and taking PTO. Express flooring is worried about sells only. If you have an issue don't worry about them correcting it unless you are prepared to call them repeatedly. They don't have any oversight to verify the work has been completed properly. Per Felisa "they do not come out to verify, that's not proper procedures" . They forget their customers pay their salary. We requested to speak to their bosses and they declined. As of this moment they haven't even followed up. I guarantee they will call me tomorrow for payment!

I recently had New flooring installed and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The installation team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The new forms have completely transformed a new look to my home, making it look, cleaner and more modern. Make sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding Customer Service.

The final product looks amazing. Our sales person Josh and our Installation coordinator Karen were top notch at communication and conflict resolution. The installation team arrive in time each day and made great progress. The only reason this is not a full 5 stars is there were some communication issues with specifically the lead installer on our job. The rest of the team was amazing to work with. In the end our floors look amazing, almost 2000 square feet done in right at three days. They moved all of our furniture at no additional cost. They took care of removing the toilet so as to properly put in the new floor in our half bath. Our house was predominately thick heavy 12”x12” late 80’s tile. So demo took most of the first day. In the end we are very happy with our new floors. Thank you Josh Salazar. Thank you Karen. And thank you installers. We will recommend Express flooring to anyone that needs quality work at a good price and done in a timely manner. We literally had our meeting with Josh on Friday, on Wednesday the installers started and by Friday evening the work was completed.
