All American Flooring

We just had laminate flooring installed in our dining room, living room and hall, and carpet replaced in three bedrooms. Mohamed was SO helpful all the way through: explained the differences in types of flooring; made recommendations based on our concerns (dog, foundation, color and size); then then helped fine-tune our choices at the house with our lighting and othe gloor surfaces. The two man crew were polite and FAST, and very careful moving the furniture. The installation is perfect.

I wish I could give a better review but I’ve had a pretty terrible experience with this company. Not only did they damage the flooring the day of installation, they let my cats out of the bathroom with the front door wide open and failed to mention it to me. They are very lucky none of them ran out the front door. The original baseboards are damaged, caulk is everywhere, gaps on the stairs, puncture wounds from the nails everywhere on the stairs, and the list could go on and on. I already have to make a claim even though they were installed last Thursday and it’s Monday. These are supposed to be the experts. So my brand new home (which I didn’t think DR Horton’s construction could get any worse) but I was proved wrong with this company. Then before they left, they had me do a survey with them standing right there (which is odd) especially if you had a terrible experience but at that point I just wanted them out of my house. So I was asked for payment before an appointment was made to have someone come out to fix the damage. Just overall, a terrible experience.

Our recent remodeling project with All American Flooring was an excellent experience Omar helped us initially and NickHoffpauir Was our point person throughout the project and did a phenomenal job. It was an extensive project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Nick followed it every step of the way and we appreciate his attention to detail his follow up and his communication with us. We would certainly recommend Nick and this company to anyone looking to do a remodeling job of this type.

We are so happy with our new floors!! Alberto and his team did awesome work in incredible time. In only 2 days they were able to take out our old nasty carpet and put in our new floors. That was even with Alberto and his guys having to pause and hide in our bedroom so our furr babies could take a potty break outside. They were completely understanding and very professional. Our house looks new again and we couldn't be happier. Nick and Zaid were also very nice and helpful. Overall we are extremely pleased with All American Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with our entire experience. I highly recommend them and Nick Hoffpauir, our sales representative. The install crew were very professional and respectful the entire time. They were fast too. The pricing was very good and we had several quotes.
