We were very pleased with our entire experience. I highly recommend them and Nick Hoffpauir, our sales representative. The install crew were very professional and respectful the entire time. They were fast too. The pricing was very good and we had several quotes.

Our recent remodeling project with All American Flooring was an excellent experience Omar helped us initially and NickHoffpauir Was our point person throughout the project and did a phenomenal job. It was an extensive project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Nick followed it every step of the way and we appreciate his attention to detail his follow up and his communication with us. We would certainly recommend Nick and this company to anyone looking to do a remodeling job of this type.

We are so happy with our new floors!! Alberto and his team did awesome work in incredible time. In only 2 days they were able to take out our old nasty carpet and put in our new floors. That was even with Alberto and his guys having to pause and hide in our bedroom so our furr babies could take a potty break outside. They were completely understanding and very professional. Our house looks new again and we couldn't be happier. Nick and Zaid were also very nice and helpful. Overall we are extremely pleased with All American Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future.

For the second time using all American flooring, this experience was even better. I love the tile that was picked out. I worked with Nick to stay within my budget. He came in below my budget. Thank you Nick. I needed a threshold, between rooms which was not in the original plan, so thank you to Aziz for bringing the product and matching it perfectly to tiles in both sides of the threshold. To the crew, who spoke little English but used Google translator to try tot communicate with me. Thank you for your hard work and my precision tile layout. A shout out as All American also used caulk to seal the trim opening between the trim and tile. I wasn’t expect that detail. To the others I talked to in the office and during the project, thank you for your superior customer service.

Using All American Flooring was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life. Do you want shoddy work that requires follow-up after follow-up, a moving target on commitments, regular no-shows, and a second full-time job managing these folks to get simple jobs done? If you answered yes, maybe All American is for you. Else run far away. I used these guys to redo the tiles in a few bathrooms and add tiles to a fireplace. Job 1 - Laundry Room, Bathroom, and Fireplace: They did a decent job but a few significant issues. First, I got no showed two days in a row to start the job even though I told them I need the job completed in 3-4 days from start date. I called to cancel the job after the second no show and was offered a rebate by Orlando to see it through. When time came for the bill, they refused to honor the rebate. Dishonest and poor comms. Also quoted 3-4 days and took 8. In this job, they accidentally damaged my hardwood flooring and took 3 months to come back out and replace the plank that was damaged. First time they came out to replace, they thought I had the replacement plank even though I told their operations that I needed them to get it. This is a recurring theme. Their "Operations" is a total joke. Ultimately though the end product was satisfactory and their subcontractor Daniel did a good job. Just pulling teeth to get there. Job 2: Against my better judgment, I used them to do a few more bathrooms, and this is where the bottom fell out. 3 additional bathrooms, same design as other ones. (A different) Contractor came out, knocked out it, looked great and got done fast. Great, right? Nope, used the wrong grout despite clearly specifying we wanted the exact same as before, so ended up with mismatched grout throughout the house. Called them up, asked them to fix it. They said they regrout all the time and offered me a discounted rate. I didn't appreciate that I needed to pay to fix their mistake, but whatever, I just wanted this nightmare to end. Came out, regrouted, and looked absolutely terrible because they just put new grout on top of old grout after telling me the grout lines were too thin to regrout. Asked them to fix it + filed a dispute. They came out an acid washed it but it was not fixable, so now I have matching grout but tiles that look much much worse throughout the house. This entire saga took 5 months, and every time I look at my floors I'm reminded of how terrible a mistake I made. Bright spots: Hamza, their sales guy and the 2 contractors who did the flooring were thoughtful, professional, kind, and flexible. I appreciate them and lay most of this at the feet of management and operations. Run far away. Have attached photos. First one is the smooth one that was done correctly. Second one is the from the second job that looks like a grout canister exploded.
