“We had used Mr. Floor 8 years ago and had all of our floors redone. They did a good job and would have received 5 stars on the initial job but it averages to a 3. We called them back because we had a water issue several years later. Water got underneath the tiles and they buckled. When they repaired it we weren't really happy with the job they did. We paid $1300 for a small repair of 3 squares. They did not do a good job and I said something to one of the repair men and he said that was the best they could do at this time to repair it. I said thank you and have a nice day.”

“Everyone was professional from beginning to end. The work was done in a timely fashion, and it was a quality job. All my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. They obviously had a lot of experience and could explain what they'd be doing so I could easily understand. The work team was professional and respectful. I'd highly recommend!”
