We recently had our flooring done by Express Flooring and entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. The installers work officially, pay attention to every detail, and left our home clean and beautiful on the job was complete. The quality of the Flooring completely transferring my home and we couldn’t be happier with the results communication throughout the process was excellent, and they made everything stress-free and easy. My initial inquiry was answered quickly, and my consultation was scheduled promptly. The consultation itself went well, and I was optimistic about moving forward. Unfortunately, things started to change once I signed the contract and paid my deposit. The communication and sense of urgency that impressed me in the beginning seemed to disappear. I was told I could cancel my contract up to a certain date, but after my experience trying to reach my service representative the morning of my installation, I honestly question how easy that process would have been. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did quality work. While I have noticed a few minor imperfections, nothing is significant enough for me to be unhappy with the flooring itself. However, one of the feet on my dresser was damaged while it was being moved during the installation. It’s now been over a week, and I’m still trying to get the issue resolved. I submitted photos as requested and was told I would receive a callback, but it’s now been two days with no follow-up. Overall, the workmanship was good, but customer service after the sale has been disappointing. The excellent communication and urgency shown at the beginning of the process did not continue throughout the project. Because of that experience, I would not recommend this company.

Our sales lady Didnora was great. We were able to get install within a week. We had a great experience with Edil and his team! They came in on a Friday morning and our whole house was done by Saturday lunch time. It was amazing and it looks so good! They ripped up our old carpet and put in vinyl planks. Great price and quality work! Thank you!

Jose Garcia and his crew with Express Flooring were exceptional. Quick, clean, and installed beautiful new floors in my two story home and completed the entire job in 2 days. From the in home consultation to the finished product, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reasonably priced beautiful floors for their home! We also had tile installed in our laundry room and bathrooms, Gonzalo did a wonderful job and left us with quality installation work. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Express flooring had just installed our flooring. We have 4 bedrooms, hallway and they finish it in just one day. Special mention to our agent Kapena who has been very helpful from the start and responsive when we have questions. Jose Garcia and his team Juan and Antonio did the actual installation and are very diligent, detail oriented and took their time to clean the floor too before installing. I am super pleased with the efficiency of their job from start to finish and big plus is moving furniture as they also did it for us. Thank you express flooring.
