Do NOT get your floors done at Express Flooring!! We got new vinyl flooring for out living room. It has only been 7 weeks since installation and the vinyl flooring protective layer is coming off. Also, the floor is not level and the vinyl is not sitting flat on the floor in some areas. The areas that are not flat you can feel and hear the vinyl boards when you walk on them. Carmine was our sales man and everything he told us was a lie!! He showed us a sample of flooring and said it was scratch resistant and even went so far as to use his car key to scratch the sample and showed us it didn’t leave any scratches. He also explained the floor prep they do before installation and said they will fill in any cracks with concrete and would use self leveling to make sure the floor is level before installation. He gave us a paper that states all the incentives the customer gets if you purchase and install through Express Flooring. I called to let them know the protective layer was coming off in several areas and the floor was NOT level and we can feel the boards move in those areas. They asked me to send them some photos, which I did. We were told by the inspector on the phone that it looked like green paint. I told him it’s not green paint it’s the protective layer. Then he said they don’t cover scratches. Once again I told him it’s not scratches it’s the protective layer. I also told him they didn’t use self leveler and the boards were bowed and if you step on it they move. He said they don’t always use self leveler. I told him Carmine told me they use self leveler. I also told the inspector that Carmine told us the flooring was scratch resistant and the inspector said it is not scratch resistant. I told him Carmine used a key on the sample to show it was scratch resistant and he said he doesn’t know why Carmine did that because the flooring is not scratch resistant. The inspector said the paper Carmine gave me showing the incentives is just a general idea of what they can do not what a customer actually gets. The flooring and installation was way over priced. After the inspector came out, I got an estimate just to see what it would cost to get the floor done by a contractor and he quoted me $2200 for flooring and install. I paid $5700 for the flooring and installation through Express Flooring and they sold me a shitty product and the installation was crap too. On top of that the inspector tried saying the flooring was scratched and it wasn’t the protective layer coming off. Save your money and go with a contractor who knows what they ate doing

Express Flooring has been a nightmare from start to "finish". Truly, save yourself the multiple months of headaches and go somewhere else. We had our kitchen and laundry room floors done in early October. We were initially quoted a 2 day job, but the workers who did the inital install said they could rush to finish it in one day which is what they did. Once they left and we were able to really inspect the work, we were overwhelmed by the sheer amount of damage done to our home as well as the amount of installation errors noted. Every corner in our kitchen had chunks missing out of the wall down to the metal framing. Our baseboards were cut and spliced together with hundreds of holes throughout them. We had a literal hole knocked into our pantry door. Along with black stuff smeared and scratches left along all of our doors and walls. As for installation errors, we noticed large gaps between our planks in multiple areas. White silicone was smeared across the planks to fill gaps they were too lazy to correct. We also noticed several planks were installed scratched. Tons of our planks were sticking up and not glued down properly at all. Customer support for express flooring is atrocious. Expect to talk to a wall. As I said we had our work done early October and it is now mid January and we still don't have all of our issues resolved. Workers have been out to our house four times now to correct installation errors. Many times they would come out and not fix what was incorrect or instead fix the area of concern and leave a new problem area behind. They will not fix our wall damage or the baseboards. We have called probably 20 plus times at this point to get a solution. They now say they are issuing us a check for the hole in the door they caused, but it has been over a month since they said they will send it and we still haven't received it. I call constantly and am told I will get a call back that never comes. It is beyond frustrating. We saw many positive reviews which is why we chose them. However go to the BBB and look them up. Since last year they have been flooded with complaints and negative reviews complaining about exactly what has happened to us. I promise you are 1000% better off going literally ANYWHERE else for your floors.

The team that installed my floor was excellent, they were punctual they worked hard and the floors are immaculate. THE PROBLEM IS Express flooring this contracting company has no idea what a complete job means. They pride themselves in being a one stop solution just to leave your house like a work zone. You would think that with all their experience and the abudant amount of jobs they have done they will complete the work. I dont understand. You cannot pride yourself or show a job complete when you don't install all the cosmetics on what instrumentally is a cosmetic upgrade. By leaving the walls all chewed up and miscolored due to installing the same baseboards, this is not the job of the installers they are following express flooring contractural obligations. Nevertheless, if the company is really a one stop solution why was this not addressed during sales. Now After two weeks of getting my whole house looking like a construction zone the job is "complete".... Now I have to hire and redo all the baseboards when that could have been addressed and built into thw job to begin with. Its about 1200 feet of baseboard I got to change when it could have been done during the floor isntallation. What a joke! Save your money and pain and just hire a local floor installer that will adress this upfront instead of dumping money into comissions for Express flooring horrible sales team. They are not concerned about producing final products only about making that quick buck and the minute they are paid the sales person who you thought was your point of contact as they say they will, will immediatley ghost you and screen your calls.

This was our first experience with Express Flooring and we were totally blown away. Brayan and his team were amazing and such hard workers. They were professional and got the job done in a day. We are very happy with the beautiful tile floor they did and would highly recommend the company and the crew that worked so hard today.

Thank you so much for the painless experience, Cody is a great asset to your company, your installers were professional, efficient. The only issue I had was the communication. Per the contract they followed the directions to a T. In my consumers eye, I would have liked a phone call or text the day before to discuss the time frame for the installers. Other than that Express flooring did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the results.
