Back in August of 2025 J&R was contracted by my HOA to help in our daughter's closet after we found signs of old water damage from before the roof remodel. They did such a great job not only finding and eliminating mold we didn't know was there but on the rebuild (which they were seperately contracted again by the HOA) they not only replaced everything the way it was they went the extra step to paint the wall the color we were planning to do before we found the water damage. A few months later I came home to find standing water around my water heater. Given my first experience I called J&R right away. They guided me the process, explaining I should replace the water heater first and once in they'd come out for the remediation. Plumber came next day, J&R the following day after that. My wife and I had just had our 3rd daughter, and my only concern was a safe environment for the new baby and my family and if possible, to be restored by Christmas. J&R went above and beyond with the timing of the remediation and cleaning. Initially they said they'd be able to get most of the restoration done by Christmas (it was already December at this point) and I was more than happy for that much. They managed to fully restore our home a couple of days before Christmas! While I hope to not need their services, anytime I do they are the only company I will be calling. I've had the pleasure of working with both Joe and Ray. They're very communicative and want nothing more than to work with you and make sure you're happy with the results. The rest of their team are awesome as well. Whenever they were in our home, they happily entertained my two daughters' endless questions, explained everything to me or my wife in great detail before doing something, and always tried to be as accommodating as possible. Living in south Florida, water damage and mold are an inevitable headache we deal with. I'm happy to say again that J & R will have me as a customer; I can't endorse them enough.

Excellent service and experience! Haley was able to get us in immediately, connected us with an excellent mold inspector, and conducted the whole repair within days at a reasonable price. The quality of air has gotten so much better, my wife is sleeping at night peacefully! Thank you to J & R, if you are on the fence- you'll be very impressed!

If ONLY I could leave a 10-star review for J&R Mold Remediation; yes, they are THAT impressive. And EVERYONE there; Tania and Victoria, owners Roy and Joseph - they just couldn’t be any nicer, and more understanding of the urgency to remediate the mold you have. Spoke with Victoria today . She was very helpful & polite concerning a mold situation I have in my home with mold in my mattress and on wood furniture. she gave me great suggestions on products to purchase to help disinfect the mold and to call on a company to restore the furniture after disinfecting the furniture. So even though I don’t need the J&R restoration service in my home they were very helpful in giving me ideas on how to solve my situation in my bedroom. I would definitely use their company if I ever needed a house restoration service in the future.

Haley from J & R Restoration Services came out to estimate damage to my home, and I was extremely impressed. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly experienced in dealing with insurance. The company as a whole was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Great experience.
